Our first analysis of the lack of sleep, base used to evaluate various
possibilities, a choice which will lead us to infer more specifically in its
analysis and the environment in which it develops this first point.

A view through life stages: Having less hours to sleep as a symptom:
• When University Class begin • Nightmares
• When start to work while you are studying • Depression
• When become parents • Disease
• You run your own bussines • External noise
• Grandparents needs to sleep more • Heat environment, climate etc.
• When you get your first promotion, and • Sleep with full stomach
the responsibilities increase • Stimulant use.
• Like alcohol , snuff.

• The garbage truck comes every midnight and makes noise.
• They are doing construction near the house.
• I live near a stadium where there are concerts and events to long hours of
the night.

• My neighbors dogs barking every morning.
• The neighbors do party almost every day, as they have a restaurant.
• The neighbor has a music studio and the sound is overwhelming.

Many young people start to sleep less when they begin
University classes, above all when they need to work at the
same time. Combining work + study can be hard for many
people, but also can become a habit along the time, a strong
one.

Normally in this case we face the lack of
sleep, with energizing or caffeine for our body
to stay awake and pay.
Unfortunately there is always a limit beyond which
we can not control.
And the stress is causing these two primary tasks
may become very important.
So in these cases it is advisable to eat well and not
have bad meal times, since health is put at risk
so take this responsibility.
