 TV18 Broadcast Limited (TV18) is an India-based company engaged in the business of
broadcasting; telecasting, relaying and transmitting general news programs and operates the news
channels CNN IBN. The Company operates news television channels, such as CNBC-TV18, CNN-IBN,
IBN7, CNBC Awaaz, CNBC Bajar and CNBC-TV18 Prime HD.
 It also operates entertainment television channels, such as Colors, Colors HD, MTV India, Vh1,
Nick, HistoryTV18, ETV News and ETV entertainment including ETV Marathi, ETV Kannada and ETV
Bangla. It also operates Viacom18 Motion Pictures which is engaged in film production and
distribution.
 TV18 Media Pvt. Limited is a 50/50 joint venture operation in India between NBC Universal and
the Network18 Group based in Mumbai TV18 owns and operates various channels of the NBC
Universal group for the Indian viewers.
 Technical Outlook
 On Daily Chart, recently stock has given positive breakout of its Diamond Bottom pattern with
spurt in volume which is typically a reversal pattern and indicates that decent upside movement
can be seen from present level.
 As well as, stock has been trading with rising trend line along with adequate volume activity which
confirms continuation of contemporary trend.
 Moreover, stock has been forming Bullish engulfing candlestick on monthly chart which is bullish
reversal sign and point out for positive movement.
 Momentum indicators RSI reading is at 69 marks with positive crossover shows confident breath in
stock.
 Based on the mentioned technical setup we believe the stock could reach towards 48 levels in few
sessions.
