PharmagiantCadilaHealthcareLtdonFridaysaidthatithascompletedtheacquisitionoftwoANDAsfromTevathroughits100percentsubsidiary,
Zydus Worldwide DMCC. On June 20, 2016, the company had announced the acquisition of two ANDAs from Teva that were being divested by
Teva as a pre-condition to its acquisition of Allergan's generic business. The acquisition of these ANDAs was contingent on the closing of the Teva-
Allergan Generics transaction and approval by the US Federal Trade Commission. Ina filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Cadila Healthcare said,
“ThetransactionhasnowbeencompletedandtheseANDAshavebeenacquiredbyits100percentsubsidiary,ZydusWorldwideDMCC.”
Technical Outlook: On daily chart, stock has formed long leg of lower shadow candlestick which is a continuation pattern of current
trend.Moreover,stockhasbeentradingaboveits21daymovingaveragewhichisplacedat364.60levelwhichshowsthatneartermtrend
is up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 62.30 level with positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for

Tata Chemicals Ltd has reported 32.3 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 279.65 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. The
company had registered a net profit of Rs 211.31 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock
Exchange. Commenting on the development, R. Mukundan, Managing Director, Tata Chemicals Ltd, said, “ The quarter under review witnessed
strong performance of the Chemicals and Consumer business in India. Our continued focus on improving operational performance has ensured
betterperformanceacrossgeographies,alongwithstrongperformanceoftheIndianchemicalsbusiness.ThistookthenetprofittoRs.206Crona
consolidated basis. However, we remain watchful of the volatility in the markets. Stand - alone net profit was at Rs. 203 Cr , up 21 per cent due to
betterperformanceandmarginsintheIndianbusiness.”
Technical Outlook: On daily chart, stock has formed strong bull candlestick with above average volume, which shows that accentuated
buying activity during last trading session. Moreover, stock has taken support of its 21 day moving average and gave good bounce back,
which shows that near term trend is up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 63.55 level with positive crossover, which point out for

in the face of a strengthening yen, was 1.6 percent higher in early trade. The SGX Nifty suggests a gap up opening for our markets as it is

255,000 in July,faroutpacing expectations for again of 180,000. While the unemployment rate remainedunchangedat 4.9 percent, it held below
the 5 percent mark associated with full employment. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 191.21 points, or 1.04 percent, to 18,543.26, the S&P
500gained18.57points,or0.86percent,to2,182.82 andtheNasdaqCompositeadded54.87 points,or1.06percent,to5,221.12.
