Dr.Reddy'sLaboratorieshassignedacommercializationdealwithHatchtech,anAustralianpharmaceuticalcompanydevelopinganinnovativeprescriptionheadlice
product, Xeglyze Lotion. The exclusive rights for this product are applicable for the territories of the United States, Canada, India, Russia and the CIS, Australia, New
ZealandandVenezuela.Additionally,HatchtechwillbefilingitsNewDrugApplicationforXeglyzewwiththeUSFoodandDrugAdministration(FDA).Ifapproved,the
product will be marketed in the United States by Promius Pharma, a wholly-owned specialty company of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. As part of the agreement Dr.
Reddy's will pay Hatchtechanupfront amount of$10MM, up to $50 million based on precommercialization milestones andan undisclosed amount based on post
commercializationmilestones,linkedtoachievementofannualnetsalestargets.
Technical Outlook : The stock has been retraced from the 38.2% Fibonacci Retracement level which is placed at 3914 levels on daily chart. Moreover, prices are
trading above 3998 level which is 100 DEMA and also acted as strong support in past, indicating that medium trend is up and could further accelerate upside
movementfromthe presentlevel.The momentum indictor RSIreading above 40levelswithpositive crossover,which pointoutfor positive breath inthe stock.

Rolta India has bagged additional $13 million contract for Engineering Information Asset Solution it has designed, developed and deployed for one of the world's
largestpetrochemicalcomplexes.Thecompanyhasleverageditsworldclasscapabilitiesinengineeringworkprocesses, applicationsystems,informationtechnology
and systems integration to design, develop and deploy this robust Engineering Information Asset Solution. The solution also contains the integration of key
engineering systems and information to support the complex work processes required by engineering studies, projects and management of change for as-built
facilities. During this new phase of work, the company will load the system with engineering data, documents and drawings which provide the critical technical
engineering information required to operate the plant. The multifaceted project requires Rolta's in depth understanding of complex engineering metadataand tags
to populatethesystemwithengineeringdatathathasbeenreceivedfromEPCsaroundtheworld.TheprojectisbeingmanagedbyaglobalRoltateamworkingout
oftheUnitedStates,IndiaandtheMiddle East.

US stocks closed down on Monday as many investors put off making big bets ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy meeting this week and others
worried about weak economic data from China. Market are expected to stay volatile ahead of a Federal Reserve announcement scheduled for
Thursday after a two-day meeting at which it will decide whether or not to make its first interest rate increase since 2006. Also weighing on stocks
was data showing China's investment and factory output in August missed forecasts, raising chances China's third-quarter economic growth may
dip below 7 percent for the first time since the global crisis. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 62.13 points, or 0.38 percent, to 16,370.96, the
S&P500lost8.02points,or0.41percent,to1,953.03 andtheNasdaqCompositedropped16.58 points,or0.34percent,to4,805.76.
Asian shares traded mixed early today, as investors digest an Australian leadership change and await a central bank decision in Japan. An
unimpressive handover from Wall Street also kept a lid on risk appetite. Disappointing economic indicators, such as fixed-asset investment and
industrial production, over the weekend suggested further cooling in the world's second-biggest economy that will likely prompt the government
to roll out more support measures. However, markets were unconvinced that further stimulus was on the way. The Shanghai Composite index
traded at -2.21% to 3047.33, Hang Seng index traded at -0.22 % to 21513.79, Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 index traded at 1.32% to 18205.25,
South Korea's Kospi index up marginally by 0.19 % to 1935.13 levels. The SGX Nifty suggests a flat opening for our markets as it is trading at
7864.50, downby9.00points.
