Alstom T&D India's standalone net profit fell by 44 per cent year-on-year to Rs 29.87 crore in the quarter ended on March 31,
2016. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 54.03 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Total income has decreased
from Rs 1,368.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 to Rs 977.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, Alstom T
& D India Ltd said in a BSE filing today. The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs 77.51 crore for the year ended March
31, 2016 as compared to Rs 120.57 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015. Total income decreased from Rs 3,722.10 crore for
the year ended March 31, 2015, to Rs 3,450.31 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has formed bearish belt hold candlestick pattern which is a bearish indication. Moreover,
stock has been trading below its 21*50 day moving average with negative crossover, which shows weakness in the counter. A
momentum indicator RSI reading is at 37.38 level with negative crossover, which point out for negative breath in the stock. So for
trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 378-380 for the Target of 370 with the SL of 384.

Century Textiles and Industries Ltd today reported a 22.43 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 9.16 crore for the fourth quarter
ended March 31. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 11.81 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, the company said
in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Net sales fell to Rs 1,954.74 crore for the quarter from Rs 2,011.6 crore in the
corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. For the full year, the company posted a net loss of Rs 54.52 crore compared with a
net profit of Rs 15.49 crore a year ago. Net sales for the financial year stood at Rs 7,652.47 crore compared with Rs 7,300.75
crore last year. The company in a separate filing said that the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 5.50 for the year.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has formed evening star candlestick which is a bearish reversal candlestick and indicates
for downside movement from the present level. even on hourly chart, stock has given close below its 100 hours moving average
which is placed at 619.80 level, which shows that near to medium term trend is down. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at
59.94 level with negative crossover, which point out for negative breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Sell in
the range of 611-615 for the Target of 598 with the SL of 622.

dropped for a second day, dragging down energy shares. Bucking the day's trend, Apple rose 1.6 percent to USD 95.18, breaking
an eight-session streak of losses. Activity in China's factories shrank for the 14th straight month in April as demand stagnated, a
private survey showed. Britain's manufacturing output also unexpectedly shrank last month to its lowest level in three years. US
oil prices CLc1 settled down 2.5 percent as rising output from the Middle East renewed concerns about global oversupply. The
S&P energy index, down 2.2 percent, led declines in the benchmark index. Still, the recent recovery in oil prices, along with a
softer dollar, have helped the S&P 500 rebound from a steep selloff earlier this year.
Nifty, which ended at its three week closing low on Tuesday, is likely to open lower tracking weak domestic and global cues. SGX
Nifty was trading at 7,753 level, down 28 points at 7:41 AM. In earnings, SKS Microfinance and Jindal Steel & Power will be
reporting its fourth quarter numbers today. International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Tuesday warned of growing inequality in India
and China as the rural-urban divide widens. However, IMF also said that growth in India will continue to grow at healthy 7.5
percent for the next two years. Globally, US market ended lower amid global growth concerns. Nasdaq closed down over one
percent. Asian markets too were trading down in early trade.
