The principal objective of any business organization is to maximize shareholder value. A firm can achieve this

Facilitator
Chhaya Sehgal is a first generation entre – leader and holds a Bachelor’s in Science (B.Sc.), a
Bachelor’s in Science and Technology (B.Sc. – Tech) from MUICT and Master’s in Financial
Management (MMS) from the JBIMS, Mumbai University.
In her professional career spanning well above three decades she has worn many hats starting as
an employee and evolving into an entrepreneur, employer, academician, trainer and a mentor.
