Applied Finance for Non-Finance Managers
The principal objective of any business organization is to maximize shareholder value. A firm can achieve this
objective only if its managers working in diverse functions such as manufacturing, marketing, sales, distribution,
services, personnel and finance are able to take decisions that enhance shareholder value. This program seeks to
equip the non-finance professional with the basic set of practical tools and techniques from the finance discipline.

Facilitator
Chhaya Sehgal is a first generation entre – leader and holds a Bachelor’s in Science (B.Sc.), a
Bachelor’s in Science and Technology (B.Sc. – Tech) from MUICT and Master’s in Financial
Management (MMS) from the JBIMS, Mumbai University.
In her professional career spanning well above three decades she has worn many hats starting as
an employee and evolving into an entrepreneur, employer, academician, trainer and a mentor.
This session has been specially designed with application orientation to enable the non
finance managers using her hands on expertise in teaching and mentoring MBA
Professionals.
