Project manager has to keep in touch with project group all time and PM
has to keep touch with client and keep updated regarding the issues
occurred during project to the client..
Scheduling and planning has to share with client in monthly meeting.
Group should be engage in routinely for day to day basis for
communication. Commitment should be done by emailing on daily basis
of report to authorities involved regarding the status of the project
Project team must understand the main root cause of problem and
investigate to ensure required resolution.
10. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Project team must have some preventive action plans for further quality
issue.
Quarterly training sessions are to be provided to keep the employees
upto date with the new practices as well as technology.
Get client 2 -3 times while the project going on and discussed what are
the issues looked by the PM team and take proper action to set it.
