16. CRUNCHY NUMBERS A whole 78 viewers saw our page. This blog was viewed about 110 times this semester by unique and repeat viewers. Every week there was a new post growing the total archive of this blog to 10 posts in total. There were on average 3 photos per post, plus a video with each. The busiest post of the semester was the most recent one done on “Diddy+Dirty Money” After party. By this point we were comfortable with the different social media tips and tricks and knew what worked and what didn’t.
17. WHERE DID THEY COME FROM? The top referring sites for our blog came from Facebook, Twitter and Stumbleupon. We did not get much visitors via search engine because our topic is so broad it was hard to come up high enough in the search rankings unless specifically looking for certain website and topic.

20. A website is not needed to help promote Toronto events, we’re not selling just informing viewers and getting comments, reviews, and ratings. The blog needs to be up to date with recent articles and stories of the newest events and parties happening in Toronto. The fresher the content, the higher our blog will show up in search engines and the better chances of viewers we’ll receive.

Using words like “Toronto Events, Toronto Parties, Toronto Concerts, Toronto Movies” are key terms highly searched on search engines based on the topics we write about. 23. SOCIAL MEDIA By following reputable promoter companies on Twitter, RSS Feeds, and Facebook we can get the newest information as soon as it drops. Different events love the free publicity and will at time refer to the website promoting to its fans/followers to get more information. Affiliate marketing would be great to help promote events and when viewers go from our site to buy tickets or book booths and bottles to clubs we can get a small commission.
24. SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE Our release topics will be based on BIG events happening to help promote or if promoters want extra publicity and pay a small fee for a press blast.
25. EMAIL MARKETING Our email newsletters will be distributed monthly to highlight any events, parties, concerts, or movies being promoted. As well, the most recent article to be read. Viewers can sign up on RSS feed to get monthly emails from Naked and Famous.
26. FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS Reinstate the Google Analytics and Ice Rocket to again track who and where there viewers are. Keep up to date with recent trends of events, parties, concerts, and more being promoted. Parallel promoting with conveners, promoters, and other sources of media to help spread the word to gain traffic not only to our site but also to the event being promoted.
