6. SewperCoat Process
• We clean with 5000 PSI water blasting.
• We remove all & any existing coatings, such as
this 1/2inch thick fiberglass liner.

7. SewperCoat Process
• Patch walls and stop all leaks.
• Rebuild bench and invert.
• We work with live flow or flow-through plugs.

9. SewperCoat Process
• We apply SewperCoat PG (pumpable grade),
100% Pure Fused Calcium Aluminate
aggregate/cement which cures up to
10,000psi within 24 hours.

10. SewperCoat Process
• Once the desired thickness is spray applied
(minimum 1/2”, but in this case 1-3” overall)
we hand trowel the surface.

11. SewperCoat Process
• After troweling we brush the entire interior:
walls, chimney and bench for an aesthetic
and signature look.

12. No manhole should be replaced before we look at it!
