2. Gregg Warburton is an experienced and result-oriented
professional who served as an Outside Plant Engineer for
more than 22 years. He is an effective team leader,
motivator, and proactive manger who specializes in
network fiber design and network cut over; network
copper design and strategic planning; client relations and
project management; staff training and development; and
customer services.

communication field for 22 years, he achieved significant

4. Gregg Warburton graduated from Stonehill College in
Massachusetts. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in
multidisciplinary studies. His major subject was
economics and minor subject was Political Science. The
Stonehill College is a Roman Catholic College located in
North Easton, Massachusetts. The college was
established in 1948 by the Congregation of Holy Cross.
5. The college is highly recognized for its athletics and
academic programs. 'America's best colleges 2010'
ranked the college as one of the top up-and-coming
colleges in the US. He attended ALPHA IV, a 10-week
intensive data training in 1997. This training greatly
helped him in his career. He also attended many
seminars and workshops on different aspects of data
communication.
6. Gregg Warburton joined Verizon as an Estimate
Assignment Supervisor in 1987. He was responsible for
reporting technicians who updated the Outside Plant
Database for 20 towns. He developed a quality control
system that increased productivity. In 1991, he became
the Budget Manager for Nynex South East District and
oversaw $80 million capital budget and $20 million
expense budget. Afterward, he became the Project
Manager in 1995 and was responsible for the transfer of
2.5 million lines from copper facilities to fiber fed facilities.
7. From 1997 to 2009, he served the company as an
Outside Plant Engineer. He was responsible for the towns
of Dorchester and Roxbury. He provided pole, fiber,
copper solutions and developed strategic plans to design
and build the outside plant network for both existing and
new customers. He supports various charities including
Salvation Army, Epilepsy Foundation, Canton Police,
United Way, and St. Gerrad Magella Church.
