Human behavior refers to the array of every physical action and even the observable emotions which are always associated with particular individuals. This is entirely the human race and some behaviors are certain to change with the relevant changes in age and some may be much consistent while some may also arise from the social settings where a person lives and even other influences from other groups and cultures of different people. They may be uncommon, usual and acceptable and are experienced throughout and individuals’ lifetime and factors that drive it include the attitude and even the genetics of people as well as the social norms which are put in place to govern people.
We have a different perspective such as humanistic which emphasizes the inherent values of individuals as well as well as the social behavior which involves the interaction with the environment. Things which motivate human behavior also include the psychodynamic perspective and also the social constructionist which focuses on the learning and interaction of individuals with each other. Some other oppression in social life results to the conflict perspective and other related behaviors depicted by different people in particular settings.
The theoretical perspectives that I closely align with are the systems perspective, chaos theory and the conflict perspective. This is because in systems perspective, it always sees the behaviors as the results of the reciprocal interactions of people who strive within social systems that are directly or even indirectly linked. This is because we have been affected by this theory since the past olden days when social workers began looking at this sense of change as the outcomes of the interactions. It is also very much important to know that chaos theory depicted negative feedback loops as very much important in the systems making it very much ideally to consider. In the conflict perspective, it looks at the cause of human behavior and the source of such conflicts which arise among the systems. In the cultural arenas where different communities have different ethnic rules and regulations, the traditions of conflict perspective are revealed which are of much help in knowing the theories of human behavior. In understanding the human behavior, one has to rely on multiple theories because they are all interrelated and one perspective leads to the other .In the systems perspective, it reveals how social work adopted functionalist sociology which refers to usual human behaviors occupying a particular social position to maintain a good balance. We also look at conflict perspective which draws attention to conflict and inequality and the oppression in social life depicting different behaviors of people which gives rise to pluralistic theory which recognizes that more than one social conflict goes on at all times which include the conflicts between economic.

particular individuals. This is entirely the human race and some

and some may be much consistent while some may also arise
from the social settings where a person lives and even other

They may be uncommon, usual and acceptable and are
experienced throughout and individuals’ lifetime and factors
that drive it include the attitude and even the genetics of people
as well as the social norms which are put in place to govern
people.
We have a different perspective such as humanistic which
emphasizes the inherent values of individuals as well as well as
the social behavior which involves the interaction with the

include the psychodynamic perspective and also the social
2. constructionist which focuses on the learning and interaction of
individuals with each other. Some other oppression in social life
results to the conflict perspective and other related behaviors
depicted by different people in particular settings.
The theoretical perspectives that I closely align with are the
systems perspective, chaos theory and the conflict perspective.
This is because in systems perspective, it always sees the
behaviors as the results of the reciprocal interactions of people
who strive within social systems that are directly or even
indirectly linked. This is because we have been affected by this
theory since the past olden days when social workers began
looking at this sense of change as the outcomes of the
interactions. It is also very much important to know that chaos
theory depicted negative feedback loops as very much important
in the systems making it very much ideally to consider. In the
conflict perspective, it looks at the cause of human behavior and
the source of such conflicts which arise among the systems. In
the cultural arenas where different communities have different
ethnic rules and regulations, the traditions of conflict
perspective are revealed which are of much help in knowing the
theories of human behavior. In understanding the human
behavior, one has to rely on multiple theories because they are
all interrelated and one perspective leads to the other .In the
systems perspective, it reveals how social work adopted
functionalist sociology which refers to usual human behaviors
occupying a particular social position to maintain a good
balance. We also look at conflict perspective which draws
attention to conflict and inequality and the oppression in social
life depicting different behaviors of people which gives rise to
pluralistic theory which recognizes that more than one social
conflict goes on at all times which include the conflicts between
economic, social and political groups which all relates to human
behavior.
Both the empowerment and feminist theories focuses on
processes that individuals can use to be able to recognize
patterns of injustice and actions to take to increase their power
3. as well as domination of the major social institutions
respectively. The rational choice theory is also very much
related to the perspective theory since it focuses on the social
exchange and the incentives which encourage actors to behave
in a manner that is very beneficial in the long run. The social
behavioral perspective is very much related to the above
perspective in that it suggests that human behavior is learned as
the individual interacts with their environment. On a good look
at the classical conditioning, it is learnt through association
with different class of people and a good example is where a
naturally occurring stimulus is paired with a neutral stimulus
for example Pavlov and his dog when the bell rang. Another
look at the operant conditioning sees human behavior as a result
of reinforcement where it is learnt and strengthened while in
cognitive social learning, it is learnt by imitation and the beliefs
and expectation of different people. It is important to consider
different perspectives since they are all related in the
biological, psychological and spiritual aspects of human
behavior since a look at the humanistic perspective reveals
everything that a positive psychology talks of people’s strength
and virtues. They also promote optimal functioning of
individuals and communities.
These theoretical preferences greatly influence my view of
human behavior. The systems perspective is a very important on
since it defines important variables to consider and the
relationships among the variables. Human behavior consists of
three components which include the body, mind and spirit which
work together to depict a behavior. Each discipline is related
and serves a very essential function to the development of
human behavior in relation to the environment. The system
processes the rules and roles which maintain stability ion social
settings (Swift, 2007).
A look at the conflict perspective is very much important and
has influence my view on human behavior because, it has been
able to draw attention to conflicts, dominance and oppression in
social life. It looks at the cause of human behavior and the
4. effects it has on the society. Human behavior is much depicted
negatively but some part of it can just be very positive since it
reveals the healthy survival of people within different social
classes and the fostering of better relationship between political
classes and rivals. So it is very much important to consider the
fact that human behavior is what holds every person from
childhood to adulthood and can be much influenced by
education and teaching by older people of a greater social class.
On the other hand, humanistic perspective reveals the greed and
need for wealth and the greed to dominate other people which
have a significant change in human behavior. It has contributed
to scams and scandals globally owing to the set of genes
inherited by many people in different settings. It is a very good
approach in psychology which emphasizes empathy and stresses
the good in human behavior. It calls for equality and human
rights and has always focused on the improvement of people’s
self actualization. It has influenced my view of human behavior
as being positive at times and makes very many people feel
worthwhile. In conclusion, it is very much important to note that
humanistic perspective allows for family therapy and allows
people to talk freely about their relationships and focus on their
strengths rather than their weaknesses. It is also very much
important to study human behavior because it really helps you
appreciate people and know exactly what drives people in more
positive ways rather than just focusing on the negative attitudes
which can really affect us. When we understand the different
types of human behavior, we are much able to appreciate the
world around us and be able to thrive healthily with people to
avoid many arising conflicts which might affect our lives very
much negatively (Hutchison, 2010).
