 change in your organization and to actively participate in its realization.
 To do this, you need energy, open-mindedness, new solutions – and ...

As a facilitator and coach, I work with management and teams in multi-nationals in Germany and the
Netherlands.

My clients are constantly confronted with change in everyday working life and come to me because:
o they can hardly find the time to consider the implications of the changes and draw their own
   conclusions
o they find it increasingly difficult to convince their employees of the need for change
o some changes pose challenges for all concerned for which there is not yet a solution

And because they know that with my help they can:
o gain a clear picture of both the precise meaning of change and their own objectives
o get a handle on the views of those involved and deduce appropriate answers
o concentrate on their core skills to find the answer, rather than have to facilitate and structure
   discussions

My talent is to create conditions in which it is possible to discuss such matters: I can sort and collate
information with ease, distil the essence of the message and develop helpful structures in order to ask
the right questions. The process makes complex situations clear to my clients, substantiates their
objectives and leads more rapidly to working, practicable solutions.
