i heard opportunity knocking . . . ,[object Object]
That was nearly $1 trillion in total home sales*
These sales generated over $50 billion in total real estate commissions paid*Are you maximizing the full potential of this industry? *The National Association of REALTORS reported that 4,913,000 existing homes were sold in the US in 2008, with an average sale price of $198,100. REAL Trends reported the average real estate sales commission paid in 2008 was 5.2%.
i came into real estate expecting . . . Freedom to work my own business in my own way Unlimited opportunity and the ability to make the most of the opportunities before me Instead ifound . . . I worked much harder than I expected to generate the income I desired Changes in the economy and other forces beyond my control could devastate my business almost overnight When the market fluctuated . . . So did my income!
i ? asked myself a few key questions: ,[object Object]
Do market fluctuations make it difficult to build a stable career?
How long do I want to continue working at my current pace?
What will I do if I am unable to continue working?
Would I like to make more money without working harder than I am now? ,[object Object]
When it’s all up to you, you are limited to what you can do i Your income is limited to your own personal production Your personal production is limited to your available time

Nextage agents build teams of agents, each one building a team of their own. With care and leadership, the team grows geometrically With Nextage, you can ‘build a business, not just do business’TM
The Opportunity to Earn Sales Bonuses Meet Carol Carol has been in the business for six years and has done well, averaging 18 closed transaction sides a year over that period. She loves selling real estate but wanted to build a passive ongoing income in addition to her personal production, so Nextage looked like an excellent choice for her. Let’s follow Carol’s thinking as she evaluates the Opportunity.
‘I want to look at my income potential at Nextage Realty versus what it might be somewhere else,’ Carol thought. ‘First, let’s assume all of my transactions have a $200,000 sale price with a 6% total real estate commission.* That’s about average for me. Let’s also assume that I’m going to continue to close about 1 ½ transaction sides per month.’ *Real estate commissions are negotiable. We have used this rate for example purposes only and in no way suggest that it is a ‘going rate.’
I suppose I could work for a traditional broker on an 80% split. Closing 1 ½ slides per month would mean I’d make about$7,200 a month March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production
Or I could join Nextage. Assuming I qualified for 80%, the same 1 ½ closed sides would produce $6,432. March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production $6,432 $6,432 Personal Production: 1.5 Closed Sides March
If I was able to get just three of my friends to join me at Nextage . . . And let’s assume they’re averaging just ¾ of a closed side a month, their production would generate an additional $904 in Monthly Sales Bonuses. March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production $6,432 $6,432 $7,336 $ 904 Personal Production: 1.5 Closed Sides 1st Generation Sales Bonus (7.5%) March
Now, If I helped each of those three agents bring in three more of their own, averaging, say ½ closed side a month, that would create an additional $904 in Sales Bonuses. March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production $6,432 $6,432 $7,336 $ 904 $ 8,204 $ 904 Personal Production: 1.5 Closed Sides 1st Generation Sales Bonus (7.5%) March 2st Generation Sales Bonus (3.75%)
If each of that last group of agents were to bring in just 2 more of their own, averaging just 4 closed sides a year, that would add $724 in Sales Bonuses. March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production $6,432 $6,432 $7,336 $ 904 $ 8,204 $ 904 $8,928 Personal Production: 1.5 Closed Sides $ 724 1st Generation Sales Bonus (7.5%) March 2st Generation Sales Bonus (3.75%) 3rd Generation Sales Bonus (2.25%)
I think I’ll just consider the next three Generations to be ‘Gravy.’ But with just this little bit of recruiting, I might make almost 25% more at Nextage than at Brand X. March 15, 2009 Carol Agent $7,200.oo Seven Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars I. M. Broker For: 1 ½ Closed Sides Personal Production $6,432 $6,432 $7,336 $ 904 $ 8,204 $ 904 $8,928 Personal Production: 1.5 Closed Sides $ 724 1st Generation Sales Bonus (7.5%) ? March 2st Generation Sales Bonus (3.75%) ? 3rd Generation Sales Bonus (2.25%) ? 4th Generation Sales Bonus (.5%) 5th Generation Sales Bonus (.25%) 6th Generation Sales Bonus (.25%)
Carol’s assumptions may or may not be true for you, but why not apply your own averages to the Nextage Income Calculator to see what your possibilities might be.
Your well developed team could include many agents, Each one positioned to generate Sales Bonuses for you, whether you have a closing or not.
Team = Freedom
Team = Freedom Team = Freedom Freedom to deliver exceptional service to your clients without worrying about your next paycheck Freedom to take more time for you and your family Freedom to grow as a business Freedom to grow as a person
