Propagator: in charge of all phases of prop.-timing of cuttings,determines/maintains the light, temp and moisture conditions. uses seed, tissue culture, layering, grafting techniques to reproduce the plants.\nHead Grower: supervises several growers (depends on size of operation)\nGrower: in charge of one or two greenhouses.responsible for all cultural jobs in the area (planting, watering, fertilizing etc.)\nRange Superintendent:in charge of the head growers, growers (depending on size of operation. \nProduction Manager: responsible for all stages of a single group of greenhouse crops. Must be competent in all phases of growing and production. Carries\n final responsibility for the crop. Orders all supplies needed to grow crop.\n
Marketing Manager: controls post harvest handling, storage, packaging and shipment\nordering cartons, containers, packaging needed.\nShipping Room Manager: supervisory position (of the handling of the crop from the time it arrives to the time it ships out) reports to the marketing manager.\n
