Use of Google Docs to survey teachers to provide feedback about
thoughts and ideas regarding how they handle some of the
challenges and improve Intervention Blocks. The survey form
allows you to have paragraph text as answers, multiple choice,
etc. and is easy to develop and use. There were only 5 questions
and I had them provide input in paragraph choice. An e-mail
comes back to me with a link providing all of the responses. It’s a
little hard to follow online, but I printed it out to get read it.
