This document provides a list of merchant gift cards available through a member benefits program along with the corresponding member earning percentages and gift card denomination amounts. For each merchant, the document lists the member earning percentage on purchases made with that gift card as well as the available gift card denomination amounts ranging from $10 to $500. Merchants include major retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and drug stores.
