    Job Description
    Responsible for managing professional staff engaged in the analysis and evaluation of financial plans. Duties may include: analyzing
    unit's financial performance; informing management of trends and variances; identifying and calculating allocation of assigned unit's
                     p           ;         g       g                              ;       y g                g                  g
    expenses; supervising response to requests for financial data; ensuring integrity and completeness of internal and external financial
    reports; ensuring compliance with internal policies, GAAP, regulatory and other requirements; preparing routine business plans, budgets
    and cases; assisting in monitoring costs of business initiatives through completion; researching and resolving moderately complex
    problems in data from financial reporting systems; responding to routine audit inquires and exception reports. May assist in analysis and
    reporting of alternative business directions or solutions to senior management. May assist in preparing profitability analyses of products,
    customers, business segments and locations.
    Responsible for implementing contracts for 100+ correspondent firms and ensuring that all financial systems are updated which includes
    the IBG Comp & Billing System and multiple BETA screens. Responsible for assessing and mitigating any settlement issues with the
    firms. Identify, evaluate, and resolve any IBG Comp & Billing System issues. The Billing Manager will collaborate with the First
    Clearing Correspondent Services business unit in resolving any billing issues as well as the IT team for any system
    modifications. Review the accuracy and effectiveness of policies and procedures in place on a regular basis. Analyze, develop, and
    implement corrective action plans and effectively manage changes from a controls perspective. Complete audit requests from either our
    internal and external auditors on a quarterly and annual basis. Will di tl manage and provide guidance to a team of analysts.

    Basic Qualifications
    2+ years finance experience and 1+ years leadership experience.
    Minimum Qualifications                                                                                                                   -
    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
    - Extensive knowledge of the brokerage industry specifically the operations side of the clearing business.

    - Knowledge with legal document review and contract negotiation.
    - Experience with development and delivery of presentations to all levels of management.
    - Proven skill and proficiency with critical thinking, analysis, and ability to manipulate a substantial amount of data.
    - Ability to proficiently prioritize work, manage time, and meet multiple deadlines.
    - Extensive BETA Back Office knowledge.
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention detail is required.
    - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
    Preferred Skills - Advanced Access and Excel skills.
    - Project management experience a plus.
    - Series 7 license.

    Responsibilities
      Daily contact with leaders at all levels of the DFS and finance organizations including senior management.

    (PCG) regional leadership teams within the Wells Fargo Advisors business. The position reports to the Regional Finance Manager.

    Responsible for providing complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making for the regional leadership teams in
    PCG. Primary duties include partnering with regional leadership teams in developing outlooks and annual plans, providing expense
