Description
Transfer Agency Product Development team manage all complex change for the EMEA Transfer Agency
operations. Changes include migrations, technical enhancements, strategic development and modelling along
with client requested enhancements. The Business Analyst’s role is to assess and document the detailed
business requirements for change, and support that through the lifecycle of the delivery. The team utilise
both Waterfall and Agile formal methodologies.
Essential for this role:
 Transfer Agency experience / knowledge
 Business Analyst experience
 Experience of data migration and/or system enhancements
Responsibilities include:
 Perform Business Requirements gathering and analysis, and resolution of issues
 Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients to ensure Business
requirements are agreed and signed off within allocated timeframe.
 Define requirements and ensure the end to end business solution meets the business needs
 Review Internal IT and Vendor development of Functional Specification documents and ensure sign off.
 Application Testing, Implementation and support for Operational Readiness
 Production of related training material
 General program support activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
 Considerable experience within Transfer Agency, on Dublin/ Luxembourg Domiciled funds.
 Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
 Bachelor's degree, professional project certification, or equivalent work experience required
 Experience of data or system migrations
 Experience with Process Management, Analysis and Design methodologies.
 Experience working within a large program and with virtual teams
 Proactive, well organised, detail oriented, possess strong decision making ability and capacity to work
independently.
 Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business
processes.
 Excellent communication skills,written and verbal. Fluent English essential.
 Good listening and questioning skills
 Attention to detail and strong organisational/planning skills
 Ability to multi- task and deliver within exacting timelines.
