1. For this assignement I had to do a unit plan. This was a daily break down of activiteis and
objectives for the students that helped them to reach a goal by the end of the week. I really
liked the assignment, becuase this is what I will have to do in a real classroom. This very unit
plan can be used for a group of kids that are in the first grade right now. This assignment was
very long, but it needed to be. The unit plan assignment best fits under the project based
learning or critical thing pillar. If I had to pick just one I would say the critical thinking pillar, but I
can see how it could fit under either one. If I could change anything about the assignment I
would say give the paper out, with all the detail on it, way sooner. I had wrote the reflections,
but had to rewrite them becuase it did not have all the critera you wanted in them. I would not
eliminate anything about the assignment. I would expand on the time that was alotted for the
assignment. I felt like I was dying trying to get it all together. All in all, this was a very relevant
assignment, and all future teachers need to know how to put a unit plan together. This was a
very realistic assignment, and for tat reason, I enjoyed it.
