2.  In chapter one we learned the proper way to write
letters, emails, and other forms of professional writing.
Including grammar, formatting and strategies.
 This chapter was linked to every assignment we have
done thus far in the course.
 This chapter taught us what you should and shouldn’t
say when writing a professional document.

3.  Learning this material matters because it is useful to
write with proper grammar, and have correct
punctuation.
 This type of writing is necessary to be successful in the
business world.
 This will prepare me for my future career because I
will have to communicate via email and without these
strategies I will come off unprofessional.

4.  In chapter 2 we learned about the different technology
used in the work environment.
 This can be linked to discussion forum 1 because that
type of website can be used in the workplace for
employees to communicate with each other.
 This chapter gives us an indicator of the potential
technology we will be dealing with in the future.

5.  This is significant because without any knowledge of
workplace technology we will be behind the game
when we enter the real world.
 I will use this chapter and apply it to any technology
my workplace throws at me in the future.

6.  This chapter focuses on teaching us how to
write letters and emails.
 This teaches us how to get to the point quickly
so the reader doesn’t get bored.
 Bullets and heading can be effective.
 WA1 is the major assignment that deals with
this chapter.

7.  This is significant because it focuses on emails,
letters and other business writing forms.
 This will teach me how to professional send
complaint letters and emails to my future
employers or a customer service department.

8.  This chapter covers the importance of writing
clear with coherence.
 This chapter teaches about be sure to write
parallel.
 This also applies to most of our writing
assignments done in this class especially WA1
& 2.

9.  This is very significant because this chapter can
turn you into an advanced writing.
 The concepts prevent you from making run on
sentences and captures the attention of your
reader.
 This can be useful to me in my future college
courses and it will allow me to excel in my
writing assignments.

10.  In chapter seven we learned about designs and
visuals that can be used to enhance a webpage.
 Concepts like page design elements, headers,
footers and justifications.
 This chapter was a big part of AA3 where we
had to critique and suggest solutions for a web
page.

11.  This is important because this information
teaches you how a web page should look.
 I can use this in the future if I ever want to
create a webpage to advertise a company.
