Note: Here is the sample of my approach to assure the quality of the product on the example of analyzing the options for improving
the quality (user experience) of the Indeed website and mobile app.

To whom it may concern
Indeed
Dear Reader,
Customer satisfaction is the only ultimate quality assessment of our product and our job, even though the product was made
according to requirements, reasonably bug-free, in time and within the budget.
Below you can see the User stories that might help improve Customer satisfaction as the Indeed.com users. These User stories were
written using the guideline described in 1.1. in the form of an Employee story.
1. Indeed Employee.
1.1. As the Indeed Employee, I want to participate in the development of the different solutions and features that can help Job
Seekers get the Jobs they actually want, and help Employers fill the Job openings with the right people in the fastest and
most effective way, so that I can improve the quality of the job market.
2. Indeed Job Seeker.
2.1. As a Job Seeker, I want to share my searches with others, so that other people can easily use working searching queries.
2.2. As a Job Seeker, I want to be able to retake assessments if I feel I can improve my results so that I can improve my chances
to be found by Employers.
2.3. As a Job Seeker, I want to see searching patterns (tips for searching) for advanced search, so that I can use all searching
options and get more relevant searching results.
2.3.1. Example 1: If I want to include/exclude from search combination of single words and phrases I should use the same
syntax in each text field like “word1, word2, words in phrase 1, words in phrase 2”, which means the searching
algorithm will use these two words and two phrases as 4 objects. See the example below in 2.4.1.
2.4. As a Job Seeker, I want to use standard text fields in advanced search for exclusion and inclusion single words and phrases
for searching in Job title, Job description, Job skills, so that I can use more advanced searching options and get more relevant
searching results.

2.5. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the mobile version with the same options for the advanced search as the browser version, so
that I can perform the advanced search using all my devices.
2.6. As a Job Seeker, I want to have on my smartphone the push notifications with new search results (like in the Glassdoor app),
so that I can quickly browse them and take actions if needed.
2.7. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the option to like this Job / hide this Job (like in the Glassdoor app), so that my feedback can
be used to improve suggestions for me.
2.8. As a Job Seeker, I want to have an advanced feedback option through marking directly in the Job title, Job description and
Job skills the text I like, or I do not like, so that I can improve the feedback quality.
2.9. As a Job Seeker, I want to see the original Job opening post of Employer and possible posts of staffing agencies for that Job
opening, so that I will not apply multiple times for the same Job opening and I will not be disqualified.
2.10. As a Job Seeker, I want to get search results depend on what the Employer wants, the exact skill/tool, or Employer can accept
any similar skill/tool, so that I can make a more reasonable application activity.
2.10.1. Example 1: Software developer requirements:
Case 1. Strong foundation in object-oriented design and coding, including solid experience with Java. I can see results
if I am looking for Java only.
Case 2. Strong foundation in object-oriented design and coding, including solid experience with any of modern OOP
languages like Java, C#, Python, … I can see the results if I am looking for any OOP language.
2.11. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the option to pass the trial interview in Indeed.com that relevant to Job opening I applied for,
and relevant my resume, so that I can train myself and pass the actual interview more productively.
2.11.1. This interview might be in the form of a video call with the robot that can be recorded and evaluated by the program
for most common mistakes for the defined Job opening and defined Employer. Evaluation based on feedback statistics.
2.12. As a Job Seeker who tries to change the industry, I want to see advanced skill statistics to clearly understand the minimal
skill-set and skill levels for defined Job titles in defined Locations and trends (skill demand goes down or up).
2.12.1. Example 1: Minimal skill-set for Entry Level Piping Drafter (including titles Piping Drafter, Piping Designer, Piping
Draftsman, Piping Drafting Technician) with 10 Entry Level Job openings (which is 50% of Entry Level Job openings for
those Job titles and 10% of any Level Job openings for those Job titles) in XYZ Location:
 Technical aptitude with the ability to read construction drawings.
 AutoCAD any version with the ability: 1. To draw 2D piping plans on given floor plans, 2. To draw 2D piping principal
schemes.
 Willingness to learn Revit, different pipe systems, piping and plumbing theory, calculation and estimation tools to
grow and be promoted to Piping Estimator and Piping Designer.
 MS Office especially Excel.
 Revit or AutoCAD MEP with the ability to develop 3D pipe system models will add 5 more Entry Level Job openings ( +
25% Entry Level Job openings).
 Valid Driver License with the ability to participate in field inspections and develop “as-built” plans will add 3 more
Entry Level Job openings ( + 15% Entry Level Job openings).
2.13. As a Job Seeker, I want to see Employer’s (or particular HR specialist’s) requirements (or template) for resume and cover
letter format, design and volume, so that I will not be disqualified by format requirements (the similar resume and cover
letter for similar position is too short or too long … for different readers) or something like that.
2.14. As a Job Seeker, I want to have comprehensive standardized Indeed.com profile, resume and cover letter with modular text
statements with their tags, that can be easily modified and semi-automatically transformed to the form that meets the
Employer’s requirements, so that I can quickly prepare and submit all necessary documents in the right format. In other
words, I want a Resume and Cover Letter Constructors based on the comprehensive standardized Indeed.com profile.
2.14.1. The Constructors can be in a form of comprehensive multilevel lists that displayed in the printed forms that acceptable
for the Employer and can be easily and quickly adjusted according to resume and cover letter requirements for the
given Job opening I am applying for.
2.14.2. This list consists of the Job functions, accomplishments and achievements and other separate forms of text with the
checkboxes that can be used to include / exclude this item in resume / cover letter, with tags and color highlights
(hidden or visible for addressee) for each list item that can easily show me if some list item potentially interested to
Employer or not, and button [ hide / show ] excluded list items.

The last two user stories (2.13, 2.14) are the result of reading different articles with contradictory tips for writing resume and cover
letters like:
 The letter should be written in business format with sender address / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to see your
home address and any other personal information except contact data.
 The resume should include your photo / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to see your photo, so I can avoid any
accusations of bias.
 The resume and cover letter should fit in one page / If a Job Seeker with 10-year experience in different positions has
only the one-page resume, then, probably, this is a bad sign.
 The letter should have right salutation, addressed to a specific person and Job Seekers should use the different tricks
to gain name, Job title, and other information about that specific person / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to post
my name, email and other information in public resources, and my company have the policy that restricts information
disclosure about employee’s full name, Job title, work schedule, personal phone #, home address, etc.
3. Indeed Assessment, Learning, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Comprehensive Solutions
3.1. As a Job Seeker, I want to have one powerful tool that can help me achieve my long-term career Goals through the Guides
and meaningful suggestions based on actual data about my conditions and current job market conditions.
3.1.1. It might be in the form of interactive Flowchart or Roadmap that:
 Describes and shows me the ways to my long-term career Goals from my current conditions.
 Sets a prioritized list for the learning activities with the defined required minimal levels.
 Find the most suitable way and schedule for my learning.
 Sets a prioritized list for the positions I should apply for at this moment.
 Updates (modifies) prioritized list for the learning and applying activities using statistics of my applications and current
job market conditions.
3.1.2. If it will be the tool that can help me increase my income, get the Job I like, improve my current skills and obtain new
skills, with affordable cost of learning, then I will be ready to pay monthly for PRO version.
3.1.3. If it will be the tool that can help me increase my income, get the Job I like, improve my current skills and obtain new
skills, without any expenses on education, then I will be ready to share my income in addition to PRO version.
More detailed features described below.
3.2. As a Job Seeker, I want to assess in Indeed.com each skill in my skill-set using the standardized absolute scale confirmed by
potential Employers, so that I can see my skill level from the potential Employer point of view.
3.3. As a Job Seeker, I want to see how each skill compared with the same skill of other Job Seekers that looking for the same Job
in the Preferred Location (hereinafter Location), so that I can see my relative skill level as a potential employee and improve
my skill level that needs to be improved.
3.4. As a Job Seeker who just made Indeed assessment, I want to know the questions I failed and links to relevant learning
resources, so that I can fill the gaps in my knowledge, improve my skill and retake the assessment.
3.5. As a Job Seeker with the assessed comprehensive skill-set, I want to see the range of potential opportunities in different
Locations, so that I can see the “Big Picture” and variants I did not know before.
3.5.1. This range can be in the form of a list of standardized Job titles with information about main job functions, the number
of openings in the Location, range of income, and range of minimal cost of living in the Location. See the example of
standardized Job titles below in 5.2.
3.5.2. This range can be in the form of a map with information mentioned in 3.5.1.
3.6. As a Job Seeker, I want to set the range of preferred Job titles in Locations as a Goal (Goals) for my job seeking, so that I can
see if I need to improve my current skill-set and/or obtain the new skill-set in the defined required minimal level.
3.7. As a Job Seeker with the Goal, I want to see if exist intermediate positions / Job titles (hereinafter SubGoals or Milestones)
that relevant to my Goal, Location and which I can easily get, so that I can use the iterative incremental approach in achieving
my Goal.
3.7.1. Example 1: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. Iterative incremental approach for the non-IT Job Seeker: Manual Tester
and database skill-set learning => Data visualization specialist or Database developer/administrator and Front End
development skill-set learning => Front End developer / UX or UI developer and Back End development skill-set
learning => Full Stack Developer.
3.7.2. Example 2: Goal is Mechanical Piping Design Engineer. Iterative incremental approach for non-Engineering Job Seeker:
Learning initial skill-set (AutoCAD and Special Design tools) => Mechanical piping drafter and learning the Piping
estimator skill-set (pipe systems that relevant to job market in Location estimation and specification tools) => Piping
Estimator and learning the Mechanical Piping Design Engineer skill-set (advanced engineering calculation tools and
schematic) => Mechanical Piping Design Engineer and license obtaining if needed.
3.7.3. The skill-set means the set of skills that relevant to my SubGoals, Goal, Location with the defined minimal level.

3.8. As a Job Seeker with the Goal and with assessed current skill-set, I want to see the links to different learning resources with
the different learning and payment options that relevant my Goal and my current conditions (including skills I have and skills
I do not have), so that I can choose the skill-set I actually need to learn with the defined required minimal level, so that I can
make most optimal and financial secure decision about my learning.
3.8.1. Information about learning resources can be in the form of Companies Profiles with the list of skills they teach.
3.8.2. Example 1: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. If I have family and I must work full time during education and the job
market in Location for the entry-level position not so friendly including chances to significantly increase current income
(e.g. +10%) with my new specialty, then probably the best option will be online education in bootcamp (or part-time
onsite evening and weekend bootcamp / or several onsite different classes not far from my home) with Income Share
Agreement with payment less than 9% of annual income per year if my annual income increased more than 10%.
3.8.3. Example 2: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. If I single and have savings to cover living expenses for several months,
then probably the best solution will be intensive onsite bootcamp In New York with Income Share Agreement.
3.9. As a Job Seeker with the Goal, I want to get periodical tests that relevant to my Goal and aim to confirm my skill level, so that
I can keep my information on Indeed.com updated and I can maintain my skill level on defined required minimal level.
3.9.1. For some groups of Job Seekers, it can be in the form of a contribution to any Indeed.com open-source experimental
projects and will be part of their portfolio.
 Example 1:
3.9.1..1. Software QA and Testers => Testing of projects,
3.9.1..2. Data Annalists / Visualization Specialists / UI or UX designers => Data dashboards and experimental UI
projects,
3.9.1..3. Database Developers => database and data extraction improvements.
4. Indeed Employer (hiring specialist, HR specialist, recruiting specialist).
4.1. As an Employer, I want to set up the standard skill section in the resume for applicants from Indeed.com, so that I can easily
sort, arrange and compare applicants by skills, and I will be able to sort them more productively.
4.1.1. It can be in the form of two skill fields (required skills and preferred skills) where each skill assessed by Indeed.com
using the same scale that makes possible easily compare applicants and sort them by skill level.
4.2. As an Employer, I want to set up the standard resume and cover letter templates for applicants from Indeed.com, so that
applicants can focus on information that actually interesting for my company, and I will be able to review applications and
sort applicants more productively.
5. Indeed Any User (Job Seeker or Employer, Who has Indeed account or does not).
5.1. As a User, I want to have popup tips and learning information that relevant to my current information and task on Indeed.com
and best practice of using Indeed.com.
5.1.1. It can be in the form of the learning process for the new gamer that first time uses the game.
5.1.2. It can be in the form of embedded “Tell me what you want to do” query field .
5.2. As a User, I want to have a list of synonyms for Job titles, skills, Job functions, duties that relevant to Location (and, ideally,
“global standard names” for those synonyms), so that it will minimize the misnaming and misunderstanding between Users
and will provide them the adequate information based on standardized statistics and Indeed data.
5.2.1. Global names will be used as additional information to the Employer’s original post. Their purpose is to simplify search
and understanding the search results.
5.2.2. Example of data structuring, groups of Job titles, Job duties, tools, skills, etc. can be found on
https://www.onetonline.org
5.2.3. Example of global names for Job titles for Entry Level Piping Drafter (including titles Piping Drafter, Piping Designer,
Piping Draftsman, Piping Drafting Technician) for Job openings with skills described 2.12.1. can be: Drafter 0 (Piping /
AutoCAD, 2D / M 0) and Drafter 0 (Piping / Revit or AutoCAD MEP, 3D / M 0). Where:
 Drafter 0 means the main Job function at Entry Level;
 Piping means specialty;
 AutoCAD, 2D, Revit or AutoCAD MEP, 3D means top tools and context for tools;
 M 0 means levels of subordinates.

Below you can see the User stories that might help improve Customer satisfaction as the Indeed.com users. These User stories were written using the guideline described in 1.1. in the form of an Employee story. 1. Indeed Employee. 1.1. As the Indeed Employee, I want to participate in the development of the different solutions and features that can help Job Seekers get the Jobs they actually want, and help Employers fill the Job openings with the right people in the fastest and most effective way, so that I can improve the quality of the job market. 2. Indeed Job Seeker. 2.1. As a Job Seeker, I want to share my searches with others, so that other people can easily use working searching queries. 2.2. As a Job Seeker, I want to be able to retake assessments if I feel I can improve my results so that I can improve my chances to be found by Employers. 2.3. As a Job Seeker, I want to see searching patterns (tips for searching) for advanced search, so that I can use all searching options and get more relevant searching results. 2.3.1. Example 1: If I want to include/exclude from search combination of single words and phrases I should use the same syntax in each text field like “word1, word2, words in phrase 1, words in phrase 2”, which means the searching algorithm will use these two words and two phrases as 4 objects. See the example below in 2.4.1. 2.4. As a Job Seeker, I want to use standard text fields in advanced search for exclusion and inclusion single words and phrases for searching in Job title, Job description, Job skills, so that I can use more advanced searching options and get more relevant searching results. 2.4.1. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the mobile version with the same options for the advanced search as the browser version, so that I can perform the advanced search using all my devices. 2.6. As a Job Seeker, I want to have on my smartphone the push notifications with new search results (like in the Glassdoor app), so that I can quickly browse them and take actions if needed. 2.7. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the option to like this Job / hide this Job (like in the Glassdoor app), so that my feedback can be used to improve suggestions for me. 2.8. As a Job Seeker, I want to have an advanced feedback option through marking directly in the Job title, Job description and Job skills the text I like, or I do not like, so that I can improve the feedback quality. 2.9. As a Job Seeker, I want to see the original Job opening post of Employer and possible posts of staffing agencies for that Job opening, so that I will not apply multiple times for the same Job opening and I will not be disqualified. 2.10. As a Job Seeker, I want to get search results depend on what the Employer wants, the exact skill/tool, or Employer can accept any similar skill/tool, so that I can make a more reasonable application activity. 2.10.1. Example 1: Software developer requirements: Case 1. Strong foundation in object-oriented design and coding, including solid experience with Java. I can see results if I am looking for Java only. Case 2. Strong foundation in object-oriented design and coding, including solid experience with any of modern OOP languages like Java, C#, Python, … I can see the results if I am looking for any OOP language. 2.11. As a Job Seeker, I want to have the option to pass the trial interview in Indeed.com that relevant to Job opening I applied for, and relevant my resume, so that I can train myself and pass the actual interview more productively. 2.11.1. This interview might be in the form of a video call with the robot that can be recorded and evaluated by the program for most common mistakes for the defined Job opening and defined Employer. Evaluation based on feedback statistics. 2.12. As a Job Seeker who tries to change the industry, I want to see advanced skill statistics to clearly understand the minimal skill-set and skill levels for defined Job titles in defined Locations and trends (skill demand goes down or up). 2.12.1. Example 1: Minimal skill-set for Entry Level Piping Drafter (including titles Piping Drafter, Piping Designer, Piping Draftsman, Piping Drafting Technician) with 10 Entry Level Job openings (which is 50% of Entry Level Job openings for those Job titles and 10% of any Level Job openings for those Job titles) in XYZ Location:  Technical aptitude with the ability to read construction drawings.  AutoCAD any version with the ability: 1. To draw 2D piping plans on given floor plans, 2. To draw 2D piping principal schemes.  Willingness to learn Revit, different pipe systems, piping and plumbing theory, calculation and estimation tools to grow and be promoted to Piping Estimator and Piping Designer.  MS Office especially Excel.  Revit or AutoCAD MEP with the ability to develop 3D pipe system models will add 5 more Entry Level Job openings ( + 25% Entry Level Job openings).  Valid Driver License with the ability to participate in field inspections and develop “as-built” plans will add 3 more Entry Level Job openings ( + 15% Entry Level Job openings). 2.13. As a Job Seeker, I want to see Employer’s (or particular HR specialist’s) requirements (or template) for resume and cover letter format, design and volume, so that I will not be disqualified by format requirements (the similar resume and cover letter for similar position is too short or too long … for different readers) or something like that. 2.14. As a Job Seeker, I want to have comprehensive standardized Indeed.com profile, resume and cover letter with modular text statements with their tags, that can be easily modified and semi-automatically transformed to the form that meets the Employer’s requirements, so that I can quickly prepare and submit all necessary documents in the right format. In other words, I want a Resume and Cover Letter Constructors based on the comprehensive standardized Indeed.com profile. 2.14.1. The Constructors can be in a form of comprehensive multilevel lists that displayed in the printed forms that acceptable for the Employer and can be easily and quickly adjusted according to resume and cover letter requirements for the given Job opening I am applying for. 2.14.2. This list consists of the Job functions, accomplishments and achievements and other separate forms of text with the checkboxes that can be used to include / exclude this item in resume / cover letter, with tags and color highlights (hidden or visible for addressee) for each list item that can easily show me if some list item potentially interested to Employer or not, and button [ hide / show ] excluded list items.

Andrey_Fadeev_QAE_report_sample_for_Indeed_User stories_2019_11_07.docx The last two user stories (2.13, 2.14) are the result of reading different articles with contradictory tips for writing resume and cover letters like:  The letter should be written in business format with sender address / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to see your home address and any other personal information except contact data.  The resume should include your photo / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to see your photo, so I can avoid any accusations of bias.  The resume and cover letter should fit in one page / If a Job Seeker with 10-year experience in different positions has only the one-page resume, then, probably, this is a bad sign.  The letter should have right salutation, addressed to a specific person and Job Seekers should use the different tricks to gain name, Job title, and other information about that specific person / As a hiring specialist, I do not want to post my name, email and other information in public resources, and my company have the policy that restricts information disclosure about employee’s full name, Job title, work schedule, personal phone #, home address, etc. 3. Indeed Assessment, Learning, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Comprehensive Solutions 3.1. As a Job Seeker, I want to have one powerful tool that can help me achieve my long-term career Goals through the Guides and meaningful suggestions based on actual data about my conditions and current job market conditions. 3.1.1. It might be in the form of interactive Flowchart or Roadmap that:  Describes and shows me the ways to my long-term career Goals from my current conditions.  Sets a prioritized list for the learning activities with the defined required minimal levels.  Find the most suitable way and schedule for my learning.  Sets a prioritized list for the positions I should apply for at this moment.  Updates (modifies) prioritized list for the learning and applying activities using statistics of my applications and current job market conditions. 3.1.2. If it will be the tool that can help me increase my income, get the Job I like, improve my current skills and obtain new skills, with affordable cost of learning, then I will be ready to pay monthly for PRO version. 3.1.3. If it will be the tool that can help me increase my income, get the Job I like, improve my current skills and obtain new skills, without any expenses on education, then I will be ready to share my income in addition to PRO version. More detailed features described below. 3.2. As a Job Seeker, I want to assess in Indeed.com each skill in my skill-set using the standardized absolute scale confirmed by potential Employers, so that I can see my skill level from the potential Employer point of view. 3.3. As a Job Seeker, I want to see how each skill compared with the same skill of other Job Seekers that looking for the same Job in the Preferred Location (hereinafter Location), so that I can see my relative skill level as a potential employee and improve my skill level that needs to be improved. 3.4. As a Job Seeker who just made Indeed assessment, I want to know the questions I failed and links to relevant learning resources, so that I can fill the gaps in my knowledge, improve my skill and retake the assessment. 3.5. As a Job Seeker with the assessed comprehensive skill-set, I want to see the range of potential opportunities in different Locations, so that I can see the “Big Picture” and variants I did not know before. 3.5.1. This range can be in the form of a list of standardized Job titles with information about main job functions, the number of openings in the Location, range of income, and range of minimal cost of living in the Location. See the example of standardized Job titles below in 5.2. 3.5.2. This range can be in the form of a map with information mentioned in 3.5.1. 3.6. As a Job Seeker, I want to set the range of preferred Job titles in Locations as a Goal (Goals) for my job seeking, so that I can see if I need to improve my current skill-set and/or obtain the new skill-set in the defined required minimal level. 3.7. As a Job Seeker with the Goal, I want to see if exist intermediate positions / Job titles (hereinafter SubGoals or Milestones) that relevant to my Goal, Location and which I can easily get, so that I can use the iterative incremental approach in achieving my Goal. 3.7.1. Example 1: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. Iterative incremental approach for the non-IT Job Seeker: Manual Tester and database skill-set learning => Data visualization specialist or Database developer/administrator and Front End development skill-set learning => Front End developer / UX or UI developer and Back End development skill-set learning => Full Stack Developer. 3.7.2. Example 2: Goal is Mechanical Piping Design Engineer. Iterative incremental approach for non-Engineering Job Seeker: Learning initial skill-set (AutoCAD and Special Design tools) => Mechanical piping drafter and learning the Piping estimator skill-set (pipe systems that relevant to job market in Location estimation and specification tools) => Piping Estimator and learning the Mechanical Piping Design Engineer skill-set (advanced engineering calculation tools and schematic) => Mechanical Piping Design Engineer and license obtaining if needed. 3.7.3. The skill-set means the set of skills that relevant to my SubGoals, Goal, Location with the defined minimal level.

As a Job Seeker with the Goal and with assessed current skill-set, I want to see the links to different learning resources with the different learning and payment options that relevant my Goal and my current conditions (including skills I have and skills I do not have), so that I can choose the skill-set I actually need to learn with the defined required minimal level, so that I can make most optimal and financial secure decision about my learning. 3.8.1. Information about learning resources can be in the form of Companies Profiles with the list of skills they teach. 3.8.2. Example 1: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. If I have family and I must work full time during education and the job market in Location for the entry-level position not so friendly including chances to significantly increase current income (e.g. +10%) with my new specialty, then probably the best option will be online education in bootcamp (or part-time onsite evening and weekend bootcamp / or several onsite different classes not far from my home) with Income Share Agreement with payment less than 9% of annual income per year if my annual income increased more than 10%. 3.8.3. Example 2: Goal is the Full Stack Developer. If I single and have savings to cover living expenses for several months, then probably the best solution will be intensive onsite bootcamp In New York with Income Share Agreement. 3.9. As a Job Seeker with the Goal, I want to get periodical tests that relevant to my Goal and aim to confirm my skill level, so that I can keep my information on Indeed.com updated and I can maintain my skill level on defined required minimal level. 3.9.1. For some groups of Job Seekers, it can be in the form of a contribution to any Indeed.com open-source experimental projects and will be part of their portfolio.  Example 1: 3.9.1..1. Software QA and Testers => Testing of projects, 3.9.1..2. Data Annalists / Visualization Specialists / UI or UX designers => Data dashboards and experimental UI projects, 3.9.1..3. Database Developers => database and data extraction improvements. 4. Indeed Employer (hiring specialist, HR specialist, recruiting specialist). 4.1. As an Employer, I want to set up the standard skill section in the resume for applicants from Indeed.com, so that I can easily sort, arrange and compare applicants by skills, and I will be able to sort them more productively. 4.1.1. It can be in the form of two skill fields (required skills and preferred skills) where each skill assessed by Indeed.com using the same scale that makes possible easily compare applicants and sort them by skill level. 4.2. As an Employer, I want to set up the standard resume and cover letter templates for applicants from Indeed.com, so that applicants can focus on information that actually interesting for my company, and I will be able to review applications and sort applicants more productively. 5. Indeed Any User (Job Seeker or Employer, Who has Indeed account or does not). 5.1. As a User, I want to have popup tips and learning information that relevant to my current information and task on Indeed.com and best practice of using Indeed.com. 5.1.1. It can be in the form of the learning process for the new gamer that first time uses the game. 5.1.2. It can be in the form of embedded “Tell me what you want to do” query field . 5.2. As a User, I want to have a list of synonyms for Job titles, skills, Job functions, duties that relevant to Location (and, ideally, “global standard names” for those synonyms), so that it will minimize the misnaming and misunderstanding between Users and will provide them the adequate information based on standardized statistics and Indeed data. 5.2.1. Global names will be used as additional information to the Employer’s original post. Their purpose is to simplify search and understanding the search results. 5.2.2. Example of global names for Job titles for Entry Level Piping Drafter (including titles Piping Drafter, Piping Designer, Piping Draftsman, Piping Drafting Technician) for Job openings with skills described 2.12.1. can be: Drafter 0 (Piping / AutoCAD, 2D / M 0) and Drafter 0 (Piping / Revit or AutoCAD MEP, 3D / M 0).
