This will be an open ended discussion to provide you with the opportunity to interact with your course instructor and possibly other students. Length: Content post 150-200 words; PART TWO : Create a professional PowerPoint presentation to outline the strategic plan you have created in order to address the identified problem with the chosen solution. Assume your audience includes fellow Human Resources team members and senior leadership from your organization. This should include a slide for each of the main topic areas you have worked through in this second section of the course. In addition, formulate your notes section as if a script for you to work from during a meeting. Conclude your presentation with recommendations in moving forward into the implementation phase of your strategic plan. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
