Products Company (FSPC) was founded in the year of 2003. Since that time

company in the region equipped with state-of-the-art production facility.
Customized user requirements of pre-fabricated steel reinforcement are
evaluated for detailing, fabrication and identification of the components for

Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating commonly referred as FBE coating
is widely used to protect concrete reinforcing bars used in
construction. FBE coatings are in the form of dry powder at normal
athmospheric temperature. The powder is applied electrostatically
on to the cleaned surface of hot steel rebar, where it fuses, melts,
flows and cures to an adherent continous chemi- cally cross-linked
protective film. FBEC is used to protect reinforcing steel in concrete
in the most adverse environments that are prone to corrosion over
the last 35 years all over the world.

8. Welded Wire Mesh
(Epoxy Coated and Galvanized)
Welded “Wire Mesh” is a steel reinforcement material in
concrete. The mesh can replace traditional “cut & bend”. The
welded mesh is an electric fusion welded pre-fabricated
reinforcement consisiting of a series of parallel longitudinal
wires with accurate spacing weld to cross wires at the
required spacing according to national and international
standard such as ASTM A 497, ASTM A 884/A, 884M, BS
4483, DIN 488 and SASO. Welded Wire Mesh is made of high
quality steel wire through automatic process and sophisticated
welding technique used to produce the mesh with prcecise
dimentional control and the product resullts in considerable
saving in time, labour and money.

Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed
Concrete Strand
PC Strands widely used as steel material in place of the
traditional construction materials, such as: rebar and wire rod.
It consist of helically laid wires spun together in the same
direction. The LRPC Strands Product contains 7 wires in a strand.
Low Relaxation PC Strands is used in the pre-stressed concrete
girders for road, flyovers, river and railway bridges, pre-stressed
concrete domes, hollow core slabs, beams and TT slabs, silos, hangers,
aqueducts, viaducts and railway sleepers. By using LRPC Strand, 10%
reduction in steel requirement is possible.
Through saving number of anchorages, ducts, sheatings, wedges and man
hour, overall reduction of project cost is a must.
Due to reduced size of structural members reduction in concrete
requirement is viable.

FSPC has highly
sophisticated 32 wire hot dip
galvanizing automated line with the
facility of on-line annealing of drawn
wire, nitrogen wiping facility for precise
control of zinc coating weight and uniformity of
coating. The line has computerized Zinc coating
monitoring system and can produce sizes from 0.8
mm to 4.5 mm steel wire which are used for electrical
cable armoring, fencing and construction, barbed wire,
nail, tying and binding wire. Testing of Galvanized Wire is
carried out round the clock by highly qualified and trained
technicians by using hitech equipment to conform
specifications with the customer’s requirement.

European rolling line machine manufacturer with all modern PLC
control mechanism to reduce diameter and increase tensile strength of
plain hot roll steel with dimensional accuracy and standard ribs
