Free, online, self-paced technology training programs from
Microsoft.
Available to you through an agreement between the:
• BTC Library,
• Washington State Library,
• Washington State Legislature,
• & Microsoft.

ITA can help you improve your technology skills for career or personal
development
ITA provides preparation for the Microsoft certification exams:
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) – Take this one at BTC!
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
• Microsoft Certifications Solutions Associate/Expert

• ITA training through BTC is FREE to BTC Students,
Staff, and Community Partners
• Bellingham Public Library and Whatcom County Library
System libraries are offering ITA training for free to the
public.

1. Using Internet Explorer, go to the library’s homepage:

4. Spend a few minutes reviewing the Learning Plans
5. Choose at least one that you’d like to enroll in today

1. http://itacademy.microsoft.com/
2. Sign with your Microsoft Account
3. Find your name in the upper right-hand corner and click on the drop down arrow
4. Redeem your access code, by clicking on “here”
5. Enter your Learning Plan Enrollment code and Email address
6. Submit!
To add additional Learning Plans, click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the
upper right hand corner and follow the link!
