✔Defines the Timelines, Budgets for the project
✔Consolidates the inputs from all the Project Managers, review
and present the same to the business side of the people
✔Track all the projects getting executed within the organization
✔Establish Project Governance
✔Publish the project priorities in alignment with the Strategic
needs of the business
✔Work closely with HR for capacity planning and effective utilization of resources
✔Work closely with the Supply Chain for effective Inventory management

He acts as a Coach for the available or upcoming members (Technical, Project Management,
Organization Structure, Business and Customers)
He become an Advisor when there is a need to navigate complexities and enable Tailoring
the processes based on the Project requirements
An Auditor to secure compliance to the internal processes and procedures defined and
enable Project Managers to narrow down the gaps
With the Corpus Knowledge on Project Management, he acts as the Repository for
members to easily reach out and clarify or seek advice

business case, strategic alignment, performance, governance, communication, risks and
opportunities, stakeholders, financials, time, scope, cost, procurements, resources including
people, development / engineering and quality.
