Week 2 Exploration: Storyboard
Brian Krasinski
Before I started the MCBS Program I was trying to figure out how I could make
a career out of content creation and marketing.
This Image was created during a previous class to display my love for media.
In high school I excelled in all of my art classes and received support from my
teachers. One of my favorite classes was journalism, because I was tasked
with creating stories and photographing subjects.

Two of the yearbooks I helped create. I
actually designed the cover of the black
and white one!
As a hobby I was creating videos for my Youtube channel talking about my
interests and life as an average teenager.
My Youtube channel where my love for media
began!
I taught myself how to edit video using professional software, how to improve
lighting and overall aesthetics of the media I was producing.
Some of the tools I use to create content!
Because of my love for media I began researching career fields that included
my interests, photo/video production.
I researched local community colleges and Universities in my state with media
programs.
UNCW campus where I considered going to school for film.

I decided I didn’t want to commit to a school right away and tried living life
for a year.
That one time I filmed moving to California on my own!
I was still creating content for my Youtube channel and even attended a
content creation convention during my year off of school.
A creators convention that I was
invited to in LA by Youtube with my
girlfriend.
I knew that media was what I was passionate about and that I needed to
pursue it.
A media collage I made during a previous class to express media visually.
Even though I wanted to go back to school I still needed to work fulltime so I
could support myself, which led me to research online schools that would
allow me to work on assignments around my work schedule.
Working a nearly everyday and going to school would
not be possible if I attended in person.
Finally, I came across Full Sail University’s Bachelor Degree Program in Media
Communications, which was a perfect program that would allow me to work
fulltime and attend classes.

for the MCBS Program in a
previous class
I applied in August of 2014 and started classes a month later in September
and ever since I have decided to pursue my passion for media because I know
that creating content is what I am intended to do.
