The organization must develop a timeline and follow it.
Problem not descriptive enough and as a result: The officers that should be responsible for maximizing funding don’t have a clear idea of what they should be doing to secure dollars that are being offered; Officers don’t have a clear outline of how to maximize time so jobs get completed twice.
