  1. Engineers without Borders is a national organization The UC Chapter is a small subset that is responsible for helping under developed countries build Schools and clean water systems, with several projects Africa The chapter is responsible for funding projects, designing the projects, and then building the projects. The organization must develop a timeline and follow it.

Problem not descriptive enough and as a result: The officers that should be responsible for maximizing funding don’t have a clear idea of what they should be doing to secure dollars that are being offered; Officers don’t have a clear outline of how to maximize time so jobs get completed twice.
