It is a COMBUSTION OPTIMIZER that, once easily
installed inside the fuel tank of the vehicle, allows a
reduction of the fuel consumption, of gas emissions

L'AMAT, Municipalized Transport Company of the city of Palermo, took part of the
famous European project "Car Free Cities" (which involved 60 European cities with
the propose to individuate new technologies which would fight pollution in urban
areas) during which they have installed Super Tech® on 50 line busses

55. The Engineers of the Mechanical Engineering Section have proceeded in
different tests regarding fuel consumptions as well as gas emissions, both on
diesel and fuel engined vehicles. Reading carefully through these tests and in
particular through the conclusions, it is easy to notice the extreme exactness
and the cure of the details used in the different phases of the tests. Finally, the
cleanness of both the combustion chamber and the whole exhaust system
obtained thanks to the use of Super Tech®, confirms the:
"chimney-sweeper effect".

After mounting of Super Tech apparatus, the transformer, the catalyzer, produced in Canada-Italy , offered by
Koshha trading company in Damascus, on kinds of vehicles with internal combustion engines which
use Gas Oil or Gasoline as fuel , the tests results are as follows:
For vehicles with Diesel Engine:
Reduction of fuel consumption rate for the vehicles working on gas oil in percent
between 7%-10%
Reduction of Opacity Rate for the Diesel vehicles in percentage varying between 50%-86%
For vehicles with Gasoline Engines:
Reduction of the Fuel Consumption Rate for the vehicles with gasoline engines in
percentage between 10%-12%
Reduction of poisonous gaseous emission in the vehicles with gasoline engines as follows:
Reduction of Carbon Oxide Co: : from 14%-77%
Reduction of Hydrocarbonates Hc: 8%-55%
Reduction of Nitrogen Oxides Nox: 37%-87%
With the remark of the following :
The more reduction rate increases the more engine is adjusted in the fuel and nutrition
system (Carburetor) or the more good fuel injection system is adjusted, so that the values of ALFA &
LEMDA:
between: 0.85-1.05 on the idle speed (750-1050 rpm)
between: 1.02-1.12 on the low speed (1250-1500 rpm)
Remarks & Analysis of Results:
It occurred a clear improvement on the engine’s power, which has been noticed during the paths of the
tests in addition to reducing in fuel consumption, also to reducing in the poisonous gaseous emission
which deteriorate the environment .
The Drivers noticed the following:
An improvement in engine’s performance and a softness in it’s rotation
A reduction in speed of the engine for the same loads for the same roads and heights
conditions (comparing with the stage before and after the mounting of the Super Tech apparatus), they
observed a reduction in the smoke level in these cases .
A cleanness of the internal surface of the Diesel engine’s cover for the vehicle KIA (Combustion
Chamber- Top of the piston – Valves) of coal fine dust , also the cleanness of the exhausted gases
pipes .

A Euro Fuel Saver
Prezado Senhor,
Os programas de controle de emissões veiculares, "Programa de Controle da Poluição do
ar por Veículos Automotores - PROCONVE" e "Programa de Controle da Poluição do Ar
por Motociclos e Veículos Similares - PROMOT", instituídos por resoluções do Conselho
Nacional do Meio Ambiente - CONAMA, visam a regularização ambiental de
veículos, antes de sua fabricação no Brasil ou de sua importação.
Para a regularização é verificado, o veículo como um todo, chamado de "Configuração do
Veículo", e o conjunto motriz, chamado de "Configuração do Motor". Estando atendido
todos regulamentos, é fornecida uma licença. Para os veículos leves ou pesados e
motores é fornecida a "Licença para Uso da Configuração de Veículo ou Motor - LCVM" e
para as motocicletas e similares é fornecida a "Licença para Uso da Configuração de
Ciclomotores, Motociclos e Similares - LCM".
Com o advento do GNV, e sua utilização em larga escala, foi necessária a instituição de
um regulamento que respaldasse a instalação dos kits e se mantivesse o atendimento às
determinações da legislação ambiental. Isso, porque ao se instalar um kit para uso de GNV
altera-se a "Configuração do Motor". Para este caso é fornecido o "Certificado Ambiental
para Uso do Gás Natural em Veículos Automotores - CAGN". Fora este caso, não existe
regulamentação para outros dispositivos a serem instalados em veículos, que interfiram na
"Configuração do Motor", sua utilização caracteriza infração e sujeita o infrator às
penalidades previstas na legislação ambiental.
No caso do produto apresentado na mensagem, o SuperTech®, verificamos que, como ali
descrito - "Introduzido no interior do tanque do combustível, sem qualquer conexão elétrica,
hidráulica ou mecânica com o veículo, SuperTech® gera emissões eletromagnéticas...",
este não altera a "Configuração do Motor" e dessa forma não interfere nos itens que
estão inseridos dentro do que a legislação determina que seja controlado.
Diante do exposto, este IBAMA nada tem a se manifestar quanto à utilização do
dispositivo apresentado, desde que se mantenha a forma e as características de aplicação,
não alterando a "Configuração do Motor" dos veículos que venham dele se utilizar.

evidently noticed that increasing the speed (in
this case the engine revolutions), the quantity of
uncombusted and therefore the results of fuel
saving, increase as well.
TUV has demonstrated that at high engine
revolutions we have more uncombusted and
has therefore demonstrated that the higher the
engine revolutions are, the bigger will be the
result obtained.
Running at a constant speed of 75km/h in third
gear, TUV has demonstrated that our GENIUS
gives best results at high engine revolutions.
On the road test done it is, in fact ,noticed that
by increasing the final speed, also the results
increase.

83. The REDUCTION of gas emission demonstrated to be
of 58%, would have been certainly higher if the 8
vehicles put in test had continued the tests reaching a
mileage of 25.000km.
While, instead, the test ended after a mileage of about
17.000km. Now stated that each of the eight busses
put in test were at least 8 years old and had ran a
mileage of at least 400.000km. we may suppose that
the CARBONIOUS RESIDUES' wastes, deposited
along the exhaust system was quite high and
therefore they had to run more mileage to complete
the chimney sweeper effect.

85. Telemetric test
Increase of 3,34 cv of the engine
horse power
The Laboratory of the Concessionary DUCATI in Modena tested the engine
horse power and registered an increase of 3,34 cv pointed out through a
telemetric device on the ACCELERATION BRAKE or on an acceleration
work-bench. Rising from 135,50 cv maximum power WITHOUT SuperTech,
to 138,84 with SuperTech.
This kind of testing uses the same procedure of the one used on formula
1(telemetric) and so they are 100% reliable. Today this means, for all of us, a
real revolution in fact we will be able, QUICKLY ( 2 hours) and in an
irrefutable way (telemetric test) , to claim our genius’s efficacy in
laboratory.
