2. It 's a highly innovative device that: Optimizes the combustion;
reduces gas emissions, increases the performance of the engine
extending its life. All benefits that are one, consequence of the
other.
It is an OPTIMIZER of COMBUSTION. It weakens the intermolecular bonds, INCREASING THE
SURFACE OF REACTION creating a partial vaporization which optimises the process of
combustion, improving the stequiometric ratio (fuel oxigen ratio).
It is installed inside the fuel tank and hooked to the aspiration pump through a steel cable. It does
not forecast any electrical, mechanic or hydraulic connection to the engine and it does not release
any substance which could, in any way, harm the engine.
Once in contact with the fuel, thanks to the vibrations of the vehicle and the aspiration of the fuel
pump, it emits far infrared electromagnetic waves that weaken the intermolecular
bonds (van der Waals forces), improving the interaction between fuel and oxygen.

3. Results
EFFECTIVE REDUCTION OF CONSUMPTION FROM 6% TO 12%
EFFECTIVE GAS EMISSION REDUCTION UP TO 80%
MORE POWER AND LIFE TO THE ENGINE
LESS SERVICING EXPENSES
Tested according to Directive 93/116 EEC and
protocol SAE J 1321.
4. Solving the problem of incomplete combustion, which depends on two factors:
The stequiometric λ is the perfect relationship between the mass of combustion air (oxygen)
and fuel for the combustion to be complete.
In general, It is necessary to have 14,7 kg. of air to burn 1kg. of fuel, and 14kg of air for 1kg of
diesel; 34kg for one 1kg of hydrogen.
1) The Stequiometric Ratio
Fuel must have the capacity to prepare a mixture of homogeneous air-fuel, therefore it must have the capacity of
vaporizing fuel through powderers and mixing the vaporized fuel with air creating an inflammable mixture .
This mixture will obviously be composed by a part of air and a part of fuel and this report is so-called-
Stekiometric Report. The value of the stekiometric report is established in 14/1- 15/1
Inevitably, however, the emissions from combustion engines are:
•CO carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas.
•CO2 carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide).
•NOx oxides of nitrogen.
•HC unburned hydrocarbons.ppm (parts per million)
•PM particulate
How do I get these results?
5. MAJOR SUBSTANCES FROM ENGINES
If within the combustion chamber of an engine, a complete combustion would take place, this
would form carbon dioxide CO2.
The presence of CO is a sign of incomplete combustion.
1. CARBON MONOXIDE (CO)
1. UNBURNT HYDROCARBONS (UHC)
Unburned hydrocarbons are mainly the result of fuel that does not take part in combustion
depending on the ratio of air / fuel mixture.
The complete combustion decreases the (UHC).
7. WHAT HAPPENS WHILE ELIMINATING CARBON RESIDUES?
THE CHIMNEY SWEEPER EFFECT
WITHOUT WITH
Supertech®
reduces the formation of carbon residues. Along with the miles begins the "chimney sweeper"
effect, virtually the cleaning of the whole pipe on the expulsion of exhaust gases, from the combustion
chamber to the muffler. The start and duration depend on the age of the vehicle, the type and use of the vehicle
which changes from one vehicle to another.

8. 2) Forces of aggregation, Law of Van Der Waals
Dutch physicist Nobel Prize 1910 who discovered the strength of intermolecular attraction. They are weak forces
of attraction due to disruption of the electron cloud (induced dipoles), the law for which the molecules H and C
being aggregated by this force, prevent an optimal interaction with oxygen, creating unburnt.
The weakening of intermolecular bonds, enhance the combustion process.
Functioning principle of the Supertech®
The Supertech®
due to vibration, emits far infrared electromagnetic waves that cause a weakening of the
intermolecular bond; this improves the interaction with the oxygen thus achieving an almost perfect combustion.
The far infrared radiation is energy that is part of the spectrum of electromagnetic waves and is generated by the
vibration of molecules. All objects emit infrared energy.
It is known that the heat dilates the body and being the infrared heat waves, expand and loosen the
intermolecular bonds (van der Waals's law), allowing more and better interaction with the oxygen.
9. 1. If modern engines would ensure complete combustion, no muffler would be needed. The
muffler infact is necessary to capture and keep the exhaust gases that are harmful to health
environment.
2- It’s demonstrated that even in modern engines, as in all others, during the combustion unburnt
hydrocarbons are generated. This means that part of the fuel entering in the combustion
chamber, is ejected without being burnt, used, transformed in energy.
Does Supertech
®
work also on new generation engines?
The chemical reaction
between oxygen and
petrol, i.e combustion,
never occurs in a perfect
manner. Firstly, there will
be a small amount of fuel
not burnt...”
10. What happens if thanks to the use of Supertech®
I
reduce gas emissions?
What are the exhaust gases ?
CO, Co2, NOx, HC, Pm
What are the HC?
Fuel entering into the combustion chamber and coming out
without being burnt
I Reduce fuel consumption
11. 93/116 EEC LEGISLATION
A direct relationship exists
between gas emissions and fuel
consumption.
Every 10% of gas emission reduction
is equal to 1.5-1.6% of fuel
consumption reduction
LESS GAS EMISSION = LESS FUEL CONSUMPTION
12. Quick and easy installation
Make sure the Supertech→
reaches the bottom of the tank and then raise it up of
about 3/4 cm (see photo) so as to allow the device to vibrate.
The vibration is primary condition for
its operation.
