2. Analyze the learner
My 5th grade classroom has 15 students:
10 boys
5 girls
3 of the boys have ADHD
3. Main Objective
By the end of the week I want my students too have at least 85%
accuracy and be able too know how, why, where, and when the
Boston tea party occurred they will know this by watching videos,
making a timeline of events, and doing activities too help them
remember the key facts of the Boston tea party.
4. Day by Day breakdown
Monday- this day will be a introduction of when and where the Boston
tea party took place and who was involved.
Tuesday- this day will be why did this event take place and what were
the actions of this event.
Wednesday- this day will be all about what was the expected outcome
of this event and what they wanted to accomplish by doing such
actions.
Thursday- this day we will learn what each party got out of the Boston
tea party and what were the final outcomes of this event on United
States history as a whole.
Friday- since it is Friday and they are 5th graders this day will be a friendly
reenactment of the Boston tea party too help them get a hands on
experience of how and what took place by actual participation and
acting this piece of history out on there own.
