list of the tasks you want to get
accomplished in the next week. Don’t
make the mistake of doing it day-by-day
because your appetite will be bigger than
your stomach.

6. Be clear on your vision.
Make a path and discuss
how you will get there.
Discussion: Analyze your current
reality and your future desired state.
Then for the bridge between, build the
initiatives that must happen for you to
accomplish your desired reality. Make
it simple.

7. Examine and modify your
perspective.
Discussion: Write about how you see
the world, your value in the world,
your company’s value to customers,
and your value in the sales process
itself. Write about these things so
you’ll become clear about what your
perspective really is. Only then can
you modify it.
