Your Why!<br />Understanding your why is the first step that is going to keep you motivated every day from this one forward.<br />“The ones that succeed in life are the ones that have a pinpoint focus on what their destination is and DECIDE to make it happen. Our business is about building leaders, motivating and having conversations. Do not over complicate this business, but make sure that you are always working towards being the ‘best YOU that you can be”. No matter what you do in life the one common link to every fulfilling moment and every heart-ache that you have experienced is …YOU! We all need to step up and take responsibility for our own lives, whether it be in work, love or play. This starts with you facing the one person every morning that can fill you with pride, fear, or desire. It means looking in the mirror and simply deciding who will it be that day.”<br /> -unknown-<br />

Before you start calling…<br />As you already know your WHY, and have watched a few videos, we need to do some work.<br />Make a list of your first 6 close friends or family that you can ‘practice’ on.<br />Continue to grow your list to 100 using memory joggers<br />DO NOT do a mass e-mail or a facebook message<br />
  7. 7. Invite, Invite, Invite<br />As a new rep, your primary goal is simply to <br />BOOK A BLOCK OF TIME!<br />Advice:<br />Keep it simple, this is NOT a whole new world<br />Be yourself, and make it your own<br />DO NOT SELL the business or explain it<br />No facts!<br />
  8. 8. Inviting cont…<br />Do not send out links to your mall…<br />Talk about their why: kids, family, job…<br />Enthusiasm, urgency, confidence<br />Expect something great is going to happen every call/day in this business.<br />If there is any resistance, ask a bottom line questions.<br />
  9. 9. Showing the Business<br />Many different ways …<br /> Business Presentations/Corporate meetings<br />House meetings<br />One on One meetings<br />Online or Webinars<br />DVD or video format<br />

  17. 17. Now that we have that done…<br />You now essentially have two responsibilities:<br />Call your Regional Manager for your quickstart goals and worksheets<br />Invite your Regional Manager 3-5 times to role play with your scripts and start inviting<br />
