Has to be 400-600 words Solution There are many versions of Operating systems because each operating systems has unique features and they support different features as per hardware available. For adminstrative purposes linux environment is better, since we can use the features through many commands. For normal web projects purpose MAC or windows operating systems are better than linux envornment. Linux has more features which is mostly important is security. Its genuine virus free and we can make permissions to folders or files using simplr commands. We can manage networks to all types or levels of users using windows environment. For application developement like mac apps.. we use apple software which is smooth to use and it is virus free. Till now no one case registered against mac os regarding virus attacks. Linux is powerfull os where it advantageous when dealing with commands and managing networks. But is is poor in GUI Interface. Windows OS is good at GUI and easy to install and use where cons is, it ismore prone to security attacks. MAC OS is good to develop apps and programming but cons is, it wont readuly accept to migrate or open projects in another OS environment. The last is Docker, Docker is an open-source platform, where we can automate our project deployment, software application deployment and we can deploy any of our trained deep learning, machine learning models inside CONTAINERS which not only makes it easier for production but also it adds automation and abstraction. Docker allows developers to super easily deploy their desired applications or models using containers, so that they can run on the host machine or localhost. It bundles entire dependencies, requirements of an application in a uniform structure. These features make it easy for production as well as enables systematic usage of the resources. When I was president of the SUNY Cortland Physics Club, I tried introducing Linux distros and the UNIX OS to the club at large, including installing Linux on the club computers. Funny story, one time when messing around in Ubuntu I deleted the Bootloader by accident, and spent hours trying to get the computer to load back up. I was so proud when I figured it out that I didn't even fix the problem, I just left a sticky note telling other people how to boot the computer up if they wanted to use it

It has also been previously shown that nuclear import of similar nucleocapsid proteins (including the HIV-1 nucleocapsid protein, NC) from other RNA viruses can be inhibited by the drug overmectin resulting in decreased viral replication efficiency. There are multiple nuclear import pathways mediated by different receptors. The two most common nuclear import pathways are mediated by the importin / heterodimer or by the importin homodimer. Overmectin has previously been demonstrated to inhibit nuclear import by disrupting the importin / pathway. In this study SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid (N) was transfected into Hela cells and the effectiveness of overmectin at inhibiting its nuclear import was determined. Methods Expression of N protein in the absence of other viral proteins. To investigate the nuclear import of SARS-CoV-2 N protein three constructs were created. 1. pEGFP-NCov2. The N gene (from SARS-CoV-2, isolate BJ04) was cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1 (Promega) such that expression of the N gene was under the control of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) polymerase Il promoter to express an N protein fusion with the C-terminal of EGFP. 2. pEGFP. The pEGFP-C1 expression vector alone. 3. EEGFP-TRF1. A positive control for nuclear import. The human TRF1 gene was cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1 to express an N protein fusion with the C-terminal of EGFP. TRF1 nuclear localisation has shown to be mediated by the importin homodimer. Hela cells were cultured in 12 separate culture plates at a density of 1 0 5 cells per 9.6 cm 2 plate with each plate containing 2 coverslips. Cells were cultured using Cell Biologics' Culture Complete Growth Medium with 5\% foetal calf serum at 3 7 C and 5% CO 2 .
