become a very close friend and a great colleague.
Betty is dedicated. She works hard and strives to be the very best
that she can be, no matter the job or task. She finishes the jobs
that she starts. Betty is a team player. She listens to other ideas,
takes leadership roles when she needs to, and helps everyone to
get along in order to accomplish the task. Betty is also very
positive. No matter the outlook of the situation or the negative
opinions of others, Betty always finds the glass half-full. She can
find the positive side of things even in the toughest of
circumstances.
Betty has a great love for children. She enjoys teaching them and
watching them grow in knowledge and lovingly assists them
whenever they stumble on something they do not know. Her
humor can diffuse an angry child and her sympathetic manner
can help heal a child who has been hurt.
