1. Hi everyone!Welcome to my e-portfolio!!!
My name is YanFang Chen, but I prefer to be called "Angie". I was born in China and I came to Canada in
2007. My ideal career is to be an excellent Early Childhood Educator. That is why I chose the ECE program as
my major at centennial college. My goal is moving on to my bachelor’s degree in Ryerson University after I
get my diploma from centennial college.
During my first semester, I have been putting my striving for perfection to reach my short plan to get my
diploma in Centennial College in two years! Sometimes, all my efforts might not be paid for it but I still
believe that "no pain, no gain" and I will reap the harvest to be successful in my career in the future.
Being a full time student can play a major role in how my days are spent, the time I have to give myself, the
time I have to look after my family, and the time I have to work. I find it extremely help full to plan everything
from school, homework, family and having a job in a fixed agenda to relieve stress; and give myself the most
time I need for each task I have to accomplish.
I am a positive, optimistic and passionate person. I enjoy listening to the music, catching movies, shopping and
spending time with my family and friends during my spare time. My e-portfolio will exhibit about myself, my
achievements, my interests, my goals, my professional resume and my final reflection on my e-portfolio
experience.
