My main Goal for this Meeting…. Is to
motivate our Hispanics/Latinos and other people
that are interested in knowing or wanted to learn
more about the Mexican culture … like Food in
General, Dance, and Culture.
3. Have a speaker teaching them a little bit
about the main idea of the Mexican culture.
Have Dance performance and any audience
who were spirit will have the opportunity to
learn a quick step and perform it for a quick
fun activity (Those who do participate will
get a small gift at the end).

held in MAY 2,2014
Meeting will only
take up to ONE
day(Hopefully).

5. My choice was to make this Event
at the Utah Valley Conventions
Center Room.
6. Music: Mariachi
and DJ.
Activities: Children
games, adult
dancing.

7. For my speaker I
have a local
speaker who is
really involved
in a lot of our
Hispanic Culture
and willing to
speak in the
event
8. Knowing this is an
event for anyone to
come I decided to
come up with a dish
that contains ….
Three soft
tacos, Beans, and Rice.
Will have more then
enough to where if
there is any left overs
people can take some
with them home.
Beverages will
have half of the
Jarritos drinks
with 3 kinds of
flavor and also 3
to 4 flavors of
the Original
Flavored water.
13. After the Performance (that will be held
during dinner time) there will be a small
little booth to who ever wants to sign up for
the Folks Dance, La Danza de los Viejitos,
and Jarape Tapatío, etc…. Which they will be
performing.

14. Cost for Attendance Tipping staff
For each person who
is attending this even
will be charged….
Adults-$8.00
Kids (7-12)- $5.00
Hour staff will be
getting paid 10 per
Hour.
Any additional tips
from people from the
event.
