new layer and
added a black
rectangle. I did this
as most fitness
poster/leaflets
have a black/dark
background.

lines in interesting
place so that I
would have odd
boxes to put
everything in as
this is something
that other fitness
poster/leaflets do.

border to the
white lines to
added colour.

Instagram to
promote it.

and we are doing
this to help
promote them.

aptitude apparel
are prominent on
the poster/leaflet.

bottom as he is an
aspiring fitness

image shows he

initials so people
know why he’s
called what he is
on Instagram.

starts and finishes.

added a bit of
