Could be +/- 1 day based on exact flights booked
Students would miss no more than 2 days of school

Surrey Centre Elementary
Chaperones work 24/7 for the duration of the trip
6. Transportation
Students will fly from Vancouver Airport to London
Within London they will get around by the London
Underground and walking.
We will be taking regional trains to
Cambridge, Windsor and Brighton.
We will be taking a river cruise on the Thames and
up the canals of “Little Venice”
Local bus tour to Stonehenge and Bath
8. Lodging
Travellers will be staying in hotels or condos within
London for the entire trip. Students will be roomed
with students of the same gender only.
There will be 2 – 4 students per room
Students can make room mate requests at the time
of registration
9. Cost
$3350 to Sullivan Heights. This includes airfare, all
transportation, breakfast and dinner daily, all
sightseeing tours, museum entrances, tour
guides, shows and science workshops.
Extra costs: Lunch and snacks. Travel Medical
Insurance. Spending money is at the discretion of
the student.
10. Payment
$650 down payment due by March 15, 2013
$300 post-dated cheques for April 15, May 15, June
15, July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15,
November 15, December 15. (9 payments)
All cheques are made out to Sullivan Heights
45. Student Behaviour
Students represent Sullivan Heights 24/7. They
must follow all school and school district rules at all
times, and in addition:
They are not permitted to leave the group for any
reason without previous consent of chaperones.
They may not, at any time or under any
circumstance, consume or be in possession of
alcohol, cigarettes or drugs
Students are subject to the authority of the teacher-
chaperone at all times
46. Student Behaviour
Students are expected to take part in all planned
group activities unless excused by the teacher-
chaperone(s).
If students are involved in an criminal activity, as
victim or alleged perpetrator, or if a student requires
medical attention, parents/guardians will be notified
immediately
Students may not be in a room of a student of a
different gender, at any time.
47. Student Behaviour
Students and parents/guardians will be held
responsible for any damage done to hotels or
property while on a trip.
Participation is a privilege and not a right. A student
may not be allowed to participate at the discretion of
the school.
48. Consequences
Should a student be caught at any time breaking the
rules set out for them, they will be subject to
appropriate consequences as designated by the
chaperone(s), including suspension of all activities.
The Principal will be notified and disciplinary actions
will be dealt with when the student returns to school.
Should the circumstances be extreme, students may
be sent home early, at the cost of the parent.
