This document discusses ways to promote patient confidentiality among healthcare employees. It recommends reminding employees about the importance of confidentiality and the consequences of violating it. It also suggests empowering patients to hold employees accountable and report suspicious activities anonymously. Regularly testing employees' understanding of confidentiality regulations is also proposed.
