Africor specializes in designing, providing and installing modular prefabricated buildings.
We install power, purified water and sewerage solutions in a market place which could no
longer afford brick and mortar buildings. The structure our company comprises of two
operative units – The main office is situated in Cape Town and the second in Windhoek.
Our products carry ISO 14001 (environmental accreditation) and ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality
accreditation). We also carry the CE mark (British and European quality accreditation).
Weather conditions are always taken in to consideration prior to design:
We need to know your maximum rainfall (does it flood), this is critical for the
foundation design, we may have to raise the floor above the flood levels.
Maximum-recorded gust winds, this is critical in designing the steel structure to
meet the demands of nature.
