This risk assessment form evaluates potential hazards for a photography shoot at a college field. It identifies slip hazards from wet grass, injury from spiky bushes, and risks from bad weather or other people using the field. Anyone who is walking on the grass
could slip if the grass is wet from
bad weather.
If the ball or the model was to go
into the bushes they are spikey and
can be cut by the twigs or leaves.
If the weather is bad the terrain can
become slippery and cause people
to fall over.
As it is a football field other people
may be playing football and the ball
may hit the crew or cast.
Concrete paths along the side to
walk into the field safely.
The bushes and trees are regularly
maintained and cut back to prevent
injury.
Weather forecasts are in place so I
will know when bad weather will
take place.
The field is large and open so that
the ball is less likely to hit any
spectators.
Choose to do the photoshoot
when the ground will be dry.
Stay away from these areas to
prevent any injury.
Only go on days where the
weather won’t be bad.
Only use the field when it is free.
