This document provides a list of information that should be passed on from outgoing student organization officers to incoming officers, including copier codes, mailbox and cabinet numbers, financial records, documentation of past events and expenditures, social media passwords, and pictures or materials used to promote the organization. It recommends discussing with advisors the creation of a central location, such as a binder or Google file, to store this information so it is accessible to new officers even if not directly passed on.
