1. Technologies and software used.
Camera
When filming our video we used an SLR camera which gave us good
quality when shooting our video. We used the zooming technique on the
camera when we wanted to show the audience a closer look on things in
our video. My partner used the camera mostly, I did most of the directing
but according to her it was quite easy and straightforward to use. This
camera comes with a memory stick making it easy for us, we just saved
our video and photos on it until we could upload them to our computers
using a USB connection from the camera to the computer.

2. Tripod
When filming our video we used a tripod on particular scenes to prevent
the scene from being filmed shaky, for example when we were filming
the scene with the boy in the restaurant wanting for the girl. We also
used the tripod when we wanted to pan the room, so that the audience
can get an entire view of the artist’s room and also we used it when our
artist was walking on the street we used the tilt technique and the tripod
made this easy to achieve.

3. Using Blogger
Throughout the production of our video and our CD package, evaluation etc.
we used blogger to keep us updated on how far / how much work we have
done. Using this software was very easy and it was quit useful. We also used
it to present our ideas. Whenever we had a team meeting we would write
about it on our blogger also when we presented our ideas for any of our
media production we would write about it and also if we got any feedbacks on
these productions we wrote about it, this was like our reminder of all we
things we did.

4. Using Prezi
When presenting question 1 of my evaluation I used a prezi, it was very easy to
use, it was also fun to use. This software allowed me to use my creative sense.
It allowed me to upload our music video and also talk about it. It also allowed
me to upload necessary image needed when presenting my answers for the
question. It gave me a wide range of colours to choose from writing my
answers.

5. Using Photo peach
When presenting my answers to question 2 of my evaluation I used photo
peach which was also quit easy to use. The only problem I had using this
software was that enough space was not available in each box to write my
answers so I had to continue the answers on another blank space but other
than that is was good and easy to use. This software allowed me to upload
images of our Cd package and case studies and also write about them.

6. Using Photoshop
We used Photoshop when we were editing the images used on our CD
package. It allowed us to crop our images to suit us. We also used it
brighten some of our images making it easier for the audience to see her
facial features and physical appearance.

7. Using Slide share
For both question 3 and 4 I used slide share to present my answers. It
wasn’t the first time I used this software so it was relatively easy. It allowed
me copy and paste images which was necessary when answering each
question.

8. Final-cut-pro
When we were editing our video we used final cut pro. This software was
the most technical of all the software that I used, my partner understood it
better than I did so she did most of it but I was always present. This
software allowed use to use techniques such as fading, black and white,
slow motion just to name a few. It also allowed us to add text in whatever
colour we choose.
