1. INFORMATION RESEARCHER - Person # 1
A. Why is a feasibility report so important in technical communication?
Write in your own words; 75 words minimum.

First of all, I think that I explain feasibility report.
feasibility report is a report to discuss the practicality, and possibly the
suitability and compatibility of a given project, both in physical and
economic terms. Why is a feasibility report so important in technical
communication? I think that this answer is in the above sentence.I think
that this answer is that feasibility report is very useful because if we use
feasibility report, we can get a lot of available information.

B. Write 5 major points in the articles that are important. Write in your
own words; 100 words minimum.

I think that 5 major points are discuss, choice, logical, format, purpose.
Why I think that discuss is major point because if we do not discuss, we
make a report that is disjointed.
Why I think that choice is major point because if we do not choose better
information of report, our report is written a lot of unnecessary information and
another people think that this report is difficult to read.
Why I think that logical is major point because if we write the report very
hard, I did not think that it is good for viewer not to write logically.
Why I think that format is major point because if we do not write report formally, I think that we write
absurd report.
Why I think that purpose is major point because if we do not have purpose,
we can not make report.

C. Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above articles when preparing
to design an important feasibility study on any topic? Write in your own
words; 75 words minimum.

First, I think that if we do feasibility study, we can know benefit of our
project.
Second, I think that if we do feasibility study, we can review our project.
Third, I think that if we do feasibility study, we can know subclinical of
our project.
Fourth, I think that if we do feasibility study, we can prove that our
project is legally correct.
fifth, I think that if we do feasibility study, we can determine schedule of
our project.

D. Write a paragraph explaining a business situation where a feasibility
study is necessary. Write in your own words; 100 words minimum.

I think that business situation are two.
First, I think that business situation is meeting of company that we work.
Meeting of company is very important for us because if we fall down on a feasibility study, I think that
we forfeit all claims to associate's confidence and we may be thrown out of our job. So, I choose this
situation.
Second, I think that business situation is that we search project that we will do. Why I choose this
situation because if we fall down on a feasibility study, we may do work that is meaningless for we and
our company.

2. CONTENT ORGANIZER - Person # 2

A.How would you use a feasibility report for your business situation? (50
words minimum)

I would use the feasibility report for grasping the my business situation. I
know the business situation of the last year to use the feasibility report
and make use of business situation of this year. I use this information next
year. This thing leads to activation of my business.

B. Talk about a feasibility report that you want to prepare. Explain at
least 10 major points you will include in this feasibility report of your
choice. What will be the exact purpose of the report?. Write in your own
words.

First major points is thing that including real investigation. Second major
points is thing that thinking the result of real investigation before real investigation. Third major points is
thing writing that the consideration in detail for result. Fourth major points is thing that writing the ways
of investigation. The fifth major points is thing that thinking next investigation for result. The sixth major
points is thing that including the figure and graph. The seventh major points is thing that having funny
thing to report. The eighth major points is thing that studying some people. The
ninth major points is thing that don't studying to oneself. The last major points is thing that taking rest if
very tired.

C. Write five sentences explaining how a company should do research before
designing a feasibility report.

1.
Cost Based Study: It is important to identify cost and benefit factors,
which can be categorized as follows: 1. Development costs; and 2. Operating
costs. This is an analysis of the costs to be incurred in the system and the
benefits derivable out of the system.
2.
Time Based Study: This is an analysis of the time required to achieve a
return on investments. the benefits derived from the system. The future
value of a project is also a factor.
3.
The feasibility study outputs the feasibility study report, a report
detailing the evaluation criteria, the study findings, and the
recommendations.
4.
A feasibility study is an evaluation of a proposal designed to determine
the difficulty in carrying out a designated task. Generally, a feasibility
study precedes technical development and project implementation. In other
words, a feasibility study is an evaluation or analysis of the potential
impact of a proposed project.
5.
Market Feasibility Study typically involves testing geographic locations
for a real estate development project, and usually involves parcels of real
estate land. Developers often conduct market studies to determine the best
location within a jurisdiction, and to test alternative land uses for given
parcels. Jurisdictions often require developers to complete feasibility
studies before they will approve a permit application for retail,
commercial, industrial, manufacturing, housing, office or mixed-use project.
Market Feasibility takes into account the importance of the business in the
selected area.

D. Write down five key words and its meaning that you read in the above
articles. Write in your own words.

First key word is technology and system feasibility. This key word is
assessment that is based on an outline design of system requirements in
terms of Input, Processes, Output, Fields, Programs, and Procedures.
Second key word is Economic feasibility. This key word is economic analysis
that is the most frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness of
a new system.
Third key word is Legal feasibility. This key word is thing that determines
whether the proposed system conflicts with legal requirements, e.g. a data
processing system must comply with the local Data Protection Acts. Fouth key word is Operational
feasibility. This key word is thing that is a measure of how well a proposed system solves the problems,
and takes advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definition and how it satisfies the
requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development.
The last key word is Schedule feasibility. This key word is thing that A
project will fail if it takes too long to be completed before it is useful.
Typically this means estimating how long the system will take to develop,
and if it can be completed in a given time period using some methods like
payback period. Schedule feasibility is a measure of how reasonable the
project timetable is. Given our technical expertise, are the project
deadlines reasonable? Some projects are initiated with specific deadlines.
You need to determine whether the deadlines are mandatory or desirable.

*3. PLAN DEVELOPER *- Person # 3 (Use IHMC software Download Instructions)

A. Develop a short concept map using the Concept Mapping software based on
one of the articles you see above. Pick up the major sentences and make a
concept map. Submit your Concept Map in Slideshare. Submit the URL in
Moodle.

http://www.slideshare.net/DoRujI/week8-4512297

B. Develop a short concept map explaining how the following article is
organized. Submit your Concept Map in Slideshare.
http://womeninbusiness.about.com/od/startingasmallbusiness/a/techfeasibility.htm

http://www.slideshare.net/DoRujI/week8-2
C. Write down the definition of 5 major key words that are used in the
concept map you developed in the previous question.

unbiased: This is word that explain formatting the project.
logical: This is word that explain formatting the project.
the precise purpose: This is the key word.
proposed project: This is the key word.
scope: This is word that explain company's business plan.

D. Write down three major questions that might explain the major argument or
information in the the article you read above (in question B).

1.What is a Technical Feasibility Study?

2.What must support the Technical Feasibility Study?

3.What is preparing for the Technical Feasibility Study?
