INTRODUCTION
Hr Recruitment Description:
Human Resource is the combination of
quantitative and qualitative assessment of human
beings in the society. It does not mean only the
number of people working in the organization, but
it is the aggregate of employees, employee skills,
knowledge, ability, talents, aptitude, and
creativity.
Recruitment forms the first stage in the process,
which continues with selection and cease with
placement of the candidate. Recruitment makes it
possible to acquire the number and type of people
necessary to ensure the continued operation of the
organization. The HR professionals – handling the
recruitment function of the organization are
constantly facing new challenges. The biggest
challenge for such professionals is to source or
recruit the best people or potential candidate for the
organization.
Purpose:
The main purpose of HR recruitment
system is to find and match the best expertise and
potential candidate and to obtain the number of
quality employees for the organization to achieve
its goal and objectives. With the same objective,
recruitment helps to create a pool of prospective
employees for the organization so that the
management can select the right candidate for the
right job from this pool.
Scope:
The main objective of the project is to create a
talent pool of candidates to enable the selection of
best candidates for the organization. The HR
recruitment system of an organization provides
best environment to candidates, because
interview results of the candidates must be
announced minimal time period through Emails
and Notice period will be minimal so candidate
do not wait longtime.
CONCLUSION
“HR Recruitment” software developed for a
company has been designed to achieve maximum
efficiency and reduce the time taken to handle the
interview process. It is designed to replace an
existing manual record system thereby reducing
time taken for calculations and for storing data.
The system uses JAVA/J2EE as front end and Mysql
as a backend for the database.
The system is strong enough to withstand
regressive daily operations under conditions where
the database is maintained and cleared over a
certain time of span. The implementation of the
system in the organization will considerably reduce
data entry, time and also provide readily calculated
reports.

The system uses JAVA/J2EE as front end and Mysql as a backend for the database. The system is strong enough to withstand regressive daily operations under conditions where the database is maintained and cleared over a certain time of span. The implementation of the system in the organization will considerably reduce data entry, time and also provide readily calculated reports.
