Weakness:
• Political intervention affecting
growth of the real estate sector in
Rajarhat Newtown

• Among the 50 respondent, the purpose of buying the property in Rajarhat
22 people said location is the important factor
• Among the 50 respondent most of the people said the total value of their
property is 70-80 lacks
• Most of the people said they want to use the property for end use and very
few said for investment purpose
• Most of the people said the launched price of the property was lower than
the current price

Galleria and 54 are not interested
• Among 100 respondent 55 people has given rank 4 for the location of the
