• CRISIS MANAGEMENT IS THE APPLICATION OF STRATEGIES DESIGNED TO
HELP AN ORGANIZATION DEAL WITH A SUDDEN AND SIGNIFICANT
NEGATIVE EVENT.
• A CRISIS CAN OCCUR AS A RESULT OF AN UNPREDICTABLE EVENT OR AS AN
UNFORESEEABLE CONSEQUENCE OF SOME EVENT THAT HAD BEEN
