The God Gangster is a multimedia science fiction novel set in the year 2084 that addresses themes around the origin of life, artificial intelligence, and the potential for a third world war. The story is set in a future where two mega-corporations, American company Artemis and Chinese company Baduk, have become dominant global powers controlling much of the solar system's resources. They are locked in an interplanetary trade war. The main characters include Professor Marco Russo who fights against the exploitation of humans, and the three corporate dictators leading the US, China, and Russia as they vie for control of the Earth and beyond. The novel explores perspectives on faith, science, and the possibility of a creator through its narrative

2084 The God Gangster is a multimedia
fantasy thriller about the schizophrenic
mass extinction of Homo Sapiens. The
plot draws inspiration from the ecological,
economic and health disaster in which our
planet finds itself, but above all from
what is happening over the past months
in Ukraine and Taiwan, with the potential
start of a Third World Nuclear War. From
the second half of the 21st century,
American and Chinese Big Tech Giants
dominate the market. Politics and capital
have merged into a diabolical union and
have favored a process of concentration of
wealth and power that has transformed
two corporations, Artemis and Baduk !,
into new interplanetary digital
colonialists. Artificial intelligence, Drones
and humanoid robots are the electronic
eye of a technological Big Brother at the
service of greedy trillionaires, immortal
Homini Deus who exploit humans and
robots in the colony mines on the planets
of the solar system. And in the meantime,
they wage war in space for the
constitution of a new interplanetary
geopolitical order.
In 2084 the Earth is almost completely
submerged by the oceans. Our planet, after
the melting of the polar ice caps, widely
predicted by scientists and ignored by
humanity, has simply become habitable. The
fury of the oceans, the unbreathable air and
pandemics have killed billions of people like
rats in the sewers. The survivors work as
slaves in the Lunar and Martian mines and
are forced to make guinea pigs for
abominable genetic medicine experiments.
The digital monopolists want to accelerate
the processes of adaptation of the human
body to the changing environmental
conditions on earth, by cloning a lineage of
descendants that will become an untouchable
caste of immortal cyborgs. Like any good self-
respecting thriller, the main characters of
The God Gangster are divided into the Good
and the Bad. On one hand there is Prof.
Marco Russo, engineer and economist who
with the help of his humanoid assistant
Leonardo Da Vinci, Russo fights a political,
ideological and ecological battle against the
global Big Tech Companies that exploit
human beings. On the other hand, there are
three capitalist dictators, leading the
interplanetary Nation States: Jimmy Parson,
CEO of Artemis and President of the United
States, Mao Tse Wang, the secretary of the
Chinese Communist Party and owner of
Baduk !, and Alexander Sheva I, Tsar and
Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox
Federation. The invasion of the Baltic States
by the Russians is the spark that ignites the
First Interplanetary Space War. The Tsar,
who considers himself a messiah who wants
to save humanity from perdition and sin, acts
to relaunch his dreams of imperial expansion
by lashing out against Catholics and Pope
Sixtus VI, accused of being morally weak and
not very strict in the fight the battle for the
renewal of the Roman Church. In the fiction
of the science fiction novel, I added the
presence of the forces of Good and Evil that
intervene both on the Earth and in the Solar
System, through the Spirit of St. Michael the
Archangel and Seraphim, the fallen angel
expelled from Paradise. The seventh seal
opened, and the time of the Apocalypse
began, with the intervention of God to save
Humanity: "Then a war broke out in heaven:
St. Michael and his angels fought against the
dragon. The dragon fought alongside his
angels, but did not prevail,. And in heaven
there was no more room for them ". (Rev. 12
7-12). The final battle between the two
angelic factions takes place with no holds
barred, in interplanetary space as humans
who survived the thermonuclear war leave
the solar system in search of a new planet
where they can start a life in peace.

America vs China: it is interplanetary trade war!
The Old Continent, crushed by the two
blocs, has been divided into two customs
and commercial zones, with two e-coins,
Euro 1 and Euro 2, and distinct Antitrust
authorities: the Northern Probi States
League , founded by Germany and France,
and the Euro-Mediterranean Union, led by
Italy and Spain. Digital monopolists fight
no holds barred for terrestrial and
interplanetary market share. They have
transformed European metropolitan areas
into Digital Smart Cities by offering their
own AI technologies in transport, health
and public safety to the European National
States. Artemis and Baduk! monitor
millions of European citizens through
mobile applications and neuromorphic chips
implanted on the bodies of their employees
(the era of the so-called “man a a device”).
Mars, after a terraforming process that has
changed its surface, climate and
atmosphere, has become the first
interplanetary human colony, with the first
100 trillionaires chosen from among the
richest people on our planet, who have
become its owner inhabitants. In the
interplanetary space of the solar system,
Americans and Chinese clash for economic
hegemony over the mining activities of
their respective permanent bases and
orbital stations and fight to monopolize the
Earth-Moon-Mar-Jupiter trade and
military routes.
The God Gangster’s World is divided into two opposing geopolitical blocs:
americans and chinese compete in an interplanetary trade war to monopolize the
entire solar system. To the West, the United States of the new president Jimmy
Parson, CEO of Artemis, the holding company that has born from the merger of
the seven largest digital corporations in the Western world. To the East, the
Sino-Russian alliance of Mao Tse Wang, who nationalized Asian unicorns by
merging them into the giant Baduk!, financed the trade detachment of the
Russian Orthodox Federation from Europe. Wang has already turned Hong Kong
and Taiwan into protectorates with a local Chinese governor. He wants to take
back Korea, to definitively drive the US naval fleet out of the Chinese Asian
Pacific Ocean. Alexander Shiva I, Tsar and Patriarch of the Russian Empire, is
seeking to expand his dominance in Western Europe, through tactical and
energetic warfare, the use of military force and economic collaboration
agreements, to bring back in the Russian Orthodox Federation the former Soviet
States (Baltic States, Poland, Hungary and Czech)

In addressing the themes of the origin of life in the Universe through the narration
of the multimedia science fiction novel, I based myself on two major strands of
thought, Theism and Atheism, trying to summarize them in the first novel of the
God Gangster’s trilogy. In fact, both in the East and in the West it is possible to
identify a philosophical, spiritual and scientific path that over the centuries has led
man to an encounter with the Truth, and to a confrontation with it. It is a path of
liberation and subsequent elevation from the human condition of the animalistic
nature from which we derive, well explained in the Darwinian evolution of the
species. Everything comes from an instinct inherent in personal self-awareness: the
more we know the natural truth and the reality of the world around us, the more
we can understand our uniqueness as a human being endowed with intelligence
and conscience. And the question about the origin of our existence, about the
meaning of things, and above all about the presence of a God the Creator, grows
urgently. Who I am? Where do I come from and where do I go? Why the presence of
the Evil? Are there other intelligent life forms in our universe? Does anything
survive my body after death?
Faith and reason are like the two wings with which
the human spirit rises towards the contemplation of
truth. It is God who has placed in the heart of man
the desire to know the Truth and, ultimately, to
know him so that, knowing and loving him, he can
also reach the full truth about himself.

The Gangster of God unveils a "third way"
which attempts to reconcile the science of
quantum mechanics with the mystery of
faith which contemplates the presence of a
Creator Entity. Leaving room for the world
of the occult and paranormal phenomena,
with unsuspected possibilities for the
human mind. The instantaneous connection
between organisms and the Universe, and
the transpersonal links between the
awareness of different human beings, tell
us that there are not only configurations of
matter and energy that evolve in space-
time, but also more subtle elements,
spirituality and energetic vibrations. These
connect all entities of this universe through
space and time, and interactions in the field
of nature and mind are mediated by a
fundamental field of information present in
the world around us. In other words, the
vibrations of the constituents of the a-
temporal quantum vacuum that gave rise to
the universe before the Big Bang can be
seen as intelligent forms. And therefore the
Universe itself can be considered a
conscious phenomenon. The microcosm of
human consciousness is part of the
universal macrocosm and the unification
can only take place before the collapse of
the waveform in our brain, the moment of
consciousness that guides our actions. At
that precise moment, it is as if we were in a
state of animation suspended in another
dimension, in direct relationship with the
Creator God of the Universe.

The God Gangster try to focus on the issues on the Ethics of Artificial
Intelligence through the creation of Sentient Robots. The debate is about when
machines will soon become smarter than humans, the so-called Technological
Singularity. The synthesis of this thought can be well represented by the position
of Ray Kurzweil, American inventor, computer scientist and essayist. These
schools of thought were given a name only in 1993, in an essay written by the
mathematician Vernor Vinge, The Coming Technological Singularity, in the title
of which there was already the definition that this will carry up to the present
day. It was then Ray Kurzweil himself, from 1998 onwards, with The Age of
Spiritual Machines, and subsequently with The Singularity Is Near (2005) to
structure it better, providing it with accelerated return laws and analyzes and
predictions on the evolutionary epochs of Homo Sapiens. But, as a group of
humans, people who are under the age of 50 or so at this time today will have the
best chance of being alive when the widespread availability of physical
immortality becomes a reality.
Therapeutic human cloning, stem cell
therapies, synthetic organs, molecular
nanotechnology and the digital-brain
interface can enable us to achieve
immortality in this century. But keeping
trans bionic humans alive until
immortality can be very expensive. And
above all very dangerous.

Within a few years the human brain will
be directly connected to the telematic
knowledge of the cloud through
neuromorphic chips, creating a
harmonious man-machine relationship
that will allow us to "transcend" our
limits. Cyborg men and humanoid
machines, will evolve in a transhumanist
hybridization that, however, can get out of
hand. And many of the CEOs and great
entrepreneurs leading Big Tech giants
are fascinated by the myth of immortality
and have invested in startups or research
foundations on the subject. Sergej Brin
and Larry Page (Google) launched Calico,
“a research and development company
whose mission is to harness advanced
technologies to increase our
understanding of the biology that controls
life span. Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of
Amazon, through his investment fund
bought a stake in Unity, a Bay Area
company that "hopes to stop the aging
process." Experts predict that this
revolution in extending human lifespan
will debut in the next 50 years. The
technological singularity is approaching
with great strides and yet, the frequency
and intensity of the debate on issues
relating to the immortality of the body-
matter and of the soul, will be the reason
for heated discussions..

7. 2084 The God Gangster is a multimedia work with video, text and original
soundtrack composed together with Maestro Amedeo Tommasi (unfortunately
died in the Covid period in 2021). I have been lucky enough to study jazz piano
and orchestral composition with Tommasi since 2012, at the Saint Louis Music
School in Rome. At that time I was working at Corriere dello Sport Group as
Chief Digital Officer and I had decided to go back to studying piano to deepen my
knowledge of jazz harmony. I then started attending Tommasi's harmony and
orchestral composition lessons at lunchtime. All music videos and songs
produced for The God Gangster are published on You Tube and on the Mix Cloud

8. Amedeo Tommasi is co-author of the original soundtrack of The God Gangster,
his last work before he died. In January 2018 I first have asked Amedeo to help
me in orchestrating the music for my first multimedia work. At that moment
Tommasi was working for Pupi Avati, composing the soundtrack of "Il Signor
Diavolo", and he could not devote time to any new assignment. In July 2019,
after finishing the work for Avati, he gave me a positive answer and we started
working in his studio in Rome. Don't ask me why Amedeo honored me with this
great gift: he considered me a sincere friend, and continuing to play together was
the way to fight the long illness that was weakening him. Amedeo revealed to me
many of the compositional tricks for the creation of film music, methodologized
through the study of a whole life. And for that I will be eternally grateful.
Maestro Amedeo Tommasi was one of
the greatest interpreters of the Italian
jazz scene. Third place in the 1959 Jazz
Cup, in the 60s he participated in the
creation of the album "Chat is Back",
unanimously recognized as the best
album by the American trumpeter
Chat Baker. RCA arranger for Rita
Pavone, Gianni Morandi and other
great interpreters of Italian music of
the 60s / 70s, Tommasi began to
collaborate with Pupi Avati writing
several original soundtracks
(Balsamus, L’uomo di Satana, Thomas
e I posseduti, La mazurka del barone,
La casa delle finestre che ridono, etc.),
as well as curating the music for
various television series for RAI.
Collaborator of Ennio Morricone for
more than 20 years, he has signed 8
pieces of the Legend of the Pianist on
the Ocean "by Giuseppe Tornatore.

Ho sempre avuto una passione per la musica, il djing e la composizione- Sono
hobby professionale che ho sempre coltivato anche nei periodi di intenso lavoro
come dirigente d'azienda e consulente. Ho iniziato a studiare pianoforte all'età di
6 anni, presso la Scuola Elementare del Ss. Suore dell'Orto di San Lorenzo,
sostenendo l'esame di solfeggio al secondo anno del Conservatorio di Santa
Cecilia. A metà degli anni '80 ho poi proseguito i miei studi privatamente fino a
16 anni, interessandomi alla computer music. Ho acquistato le prime tastiere di
sintesi FM (es. Yamaha DX7), un campionatore Yamaha TX16W e con l'aiuto del
Macintosh Classic ho scritto le mie prime composizioni (musica pop e rock).
