This document outlines the syllabus and question paper pattern for Class XI English Core for the 2020-2021 school year. It provides details on the prescribed textbooks, chapters to be covered, and sections that will be assessed on the exam. comprehension, interpretation and inference. Vocabulary and
inference of meaning will also be assessed. Ten out of eleven
questions to be done.

b) Descriptive passages involving opinion, e.g., argumentative,
