3. EXAMPATTERN
• Since session 2019-20, there is change in exam pattern. Unlike earlier board exam of 100 marks, the new pattern
has question paper set for 80 marks.
• The remaining 20 marks are for Assessment of Speaking and Listening (ASL). This considered as Practical Exam
for English Core.
• Appearing in Practical Exam (ASL) on the scheduled date, like written (theory) exam, is must to pass the subject.

8. General Instructions-
• Presentation makes the difference, therefore, present your
answers in clean, non-messing manner.
• Prefer leaving One Line after answering a part of the question;
and Two Lines after the completion of question.
• Write the question number as per the question paper.
• Avoid jumbled order of answering questions. Pick a section of
your choice, attempt all questions of that section and then move-on
to the.
• Strictly follow the word limit. It saves your time and improves
expression.
